Delicious Desserts - Windsor — Restaurant in Sydney

I found the dessert shop on Facebook from sponsored ads, they caught my attention with the cute Friends photo opportunity.

I didn’t know what to expect, I was a little disappointed it was just soft service ice cream but they do have so many topping options. I have only been a handful of times but everytime I notice a team member cleaning and maintaining the toppings bar.

The staff are so friendly and helpful, they also always greet you upon entering the store. That just doesn’t happen very often these days in shops.

It would be great if it was a little more of a cafe, real coffee from a barrister not from a machine would be great.

This place is great. They mainly serve ice cream but also have frozen yoghurt. So SO many topping options, which were all so tempting!! Servings are generous and prices are very reasonable, I feel. They have hot drink options too, as well as a couple flavours of slushies. They have a wall of lollies and chocies, and little toys and such. The atmosphere is very old school American ice cream parlour or lolly shop, which I loved. Seating is limited to 3 tables (4 chairs each), but there are other places you can go to find a seat, near the Windsor water wheel for example. Sit on the ledge and enjoy a bit of history whilst you're eating...

I really do enjoy this shop and what it offers & I drive 30-40 mins to get there. On my most recent trip last week I noticed that they need to change the fabric sofas and chairs that they have upstairs. A lot of stains and tears and I don’t think having fabric furnishings is ideal for a shop that serves ice cream and toppings that can easily spill and cause stains, the condition of the carpet didn’t look good either.

I can understand there is a lot of traffic and use of these furniture items and maybe replacing it with leather furniture will be more easier to maintain and keep an overall...
