Just walked in to order a few things and when I noticed the price she was writing was a dollar higher (yes I know it's only a dollar but you've still got it advertised at the cheaper price, and when youre ordering a few things a dollar adds up. You also didnt even give a courtesy notice to say the items are more than whats on the board) told her not to worry. As I was walking out she says to her boss "oh how funny she didn't want to pay a dollar extra". I confronted her for saying it with "did you want to bad mouth me any louder?" and I got a very snide response "oh I'm just telling my boss, bye".
False advertising and rude customer service. I should of looked at all the other reviews on customer service before I came here, and their responses to them. Absolutely a disgrace to have this place...
Read moreWorst pizza and pasta I have ever tasted, hands down. Lasagna was a soup, more sauce than pasta or meat, unsure why the sauce was orange when traditionally it is red. Bosciola tasted like cardboard and pasta was under cooked. The pizza tomato sauce had over bearing salt to cover the bland taste. Took no more than a bite out of each dish, probably less as we didn't chew. Rang up to ask them about it and asked for a refund to be laughed off the phone.
On top of all that, the delivery driver drove on my lawn to turn around and ripped it up.
Hands down the worst pizza take away in the hawkesbury, probably even the state. If I could give negative...

Limited indoor seating - we were sitting under a stereo that played the radio. You know - the male and female radio presenters who think they are comedians giving their take on Sydney life ...ad nauseum. I'd rather listen to a fave music CD of any staff member, rather than news broadcast every 30 minutes. Wouldn't you? On paying, I was asked 'How was everything?'. I mentioned the continual radio playing an ad-filled radio station, to which the bloke interjected his staff member and said, referring to the inane radio broadcast; 'Suits us'.
