If I could give this store zero stars I would. There was a time, long time ago, when it was good - it was fantastic actually… However now it’s a completely different story. With no exaggeration, I have quite literally lost count of how many times this store has unexpectedly cancelled my order. The orders in question were placed whilst the store was open and accepting orders. I placed the order, they took my money, and on most occasions the website even said that they were making my order, and that it was being cooked and ready in store. Nobody turned up. Sometimes like this evening, I would get a phone call from some poor staff Member Who is barely trained other than givien a piece of paper to give me a generic reason why they’re cancelling my order and saying that that’s the best if they could do for me. Generally speaking, the quality of the food has gone downhill and that is purely to do with this store. On a larger scale, the brand has decrease the size of its pizzas, limited amount of toppings put on, increase the prices so it’s no longer a competitive store.… Do not go to Domino’s pizza Darlinghurst. It is extremely poorly managed and customer service is non-existent. Terrible terrible experience and unfortunately This has happened...

A couple of days ago, I went to dominos in Darlinghurst and ordered a pizza and a shake as I was craving food at that time. When I got my pizza and Had about two slices, a piece of hair came out of my mouth Eventually I realised that the staff members were not wearing any net or cap to cover their head.
I am informed the staff About this unprofessional approach and went away. At night my health got worse and when I consulted a doctor I was diagnosed with diarrhoea and because of food contamination, I couldn’t digest anything and couldn’t even work for the weekend. When I messaged Domino's Australia regarding this thing they told me that they will take the best action to resolve my problem. but every time I texted them they told me that my inquiry has been forwarded to the Regional manager to support my case. It is been about a week now but nobody contacted me till date.

Read moreI ordered a deep pan chilli pork pizza using your website using my mobile around 7.20pm today to be picked up at Darlinghurst store at checkout it showed pickup was at 7.44 pm When I went to the store at 7.43 the computer screen showed my pizza was ready when I asked for it the front counter staff her name was Rebekah told me it's still in the oven. She was abrupt rude and not even an apology given for delay. At 7.55 I saw my pizza come out from oven the guy manning the pizza just flopped it on to the box as if it was rubbish causing half the pizza to land on the lid. Then they showed me the pizza which wasn't deep pan. They were giggling no apologies it was a joke to them. Muppets like them shouldn't work in hospitality and handle food. Calling the Darlinghurst store a restaurant is an absolute joke I have had better customer service from market stalls with more competence absolute...
