I ordered some food from them off menulog and the user eats driver sent it to the wrong address. I contacted them after waiting and waiting for my order to arrive outside for several minutes and the manager was screaming and telling me it's my fault I put in the wrong address when obviously I'm new to the area plus new to menulog and didn't know any better so it doesn't make it my fault. Instead of making me a new one and sending it back to the right area, he yells at me telling me they can't do anything about it and to go complain to menulog. I tried to complain on menulog but they wouldn't reply back. Also, the manager told me they tried to contact me about my order but blamed me for not replying back when I didn't even receive any missed calls or missed messages about my order. I paid big money for this and they didn't want to refund my 20 dollars and 30 cents back which is stealing since it wasn't my fault it got sent to the wrong place. I am a young lady with a disability and you've upset me. I will make that complaint but to the bigger bosses of this place because you stolen a large amount of money on an item I never received and blamed me for it in a very rude way and screaming at me in an out of control way. In the end the customer has their rights and they are always right whether you like it or not. And don't bother about writing back to me as a Google review and defend your actions because you are in the wrong so it's your fault completely not the customer....
Read moreOrdered the 2 pizza with a drink and garlic bread deal back on 1/11/24 at 6:14 pm for a 7:30 pm delivery from Greenacre.7:30 comes and goes.8 pm,I call only to find pizza still sitting in store.20 mins later pizza's arrive.1 partly squashed.No garlic bread. Offered on spot refund by the poor driver who looked a bit lost when confronted by a problem. Said no I want the bread and to please return with it.9pm no garlic bread so called the shop asking where was the bread. Manager told me driver said nothing about the bread. He had no drivers at that time I was told. I told him that was his problem and that I wanted what I had paid for. I will be expecting the bread.9:45pm I called again asking where is my G/bread and that this was now beyond a joke and extremely bad service. Told him I will report this to there head office and that I wanted again what I had paid for. He did become angry at this stage but that's his fault for poor service/management.. NEVER TURNED UP!!!...Totally disgusting behavior. I very rarely get angry over most thing but this and his attitude has really annoyed me.I would give no stars if I could for a review. The previous owners of this Domino's were good. These are not.Not wasting my money...

They’ve made a few mistakes in the past, which I’ve let it slide cause I understand mistakes are made but this time it was too far and the taste was terrible. First, I started off with the garlic bread , I realised the base of the bread was so dry and hard I couldn’t even grab it and only the top part of the bread would come off. Refer to pictures. Secondly I opened the pizzas and the loaded pepperoni was fine,but the 2 spicy peppy paneer didn’t come with the sauce which is the best part! (Not the first time this has happened) And I ordered both without jalepeños and both came WITH jalepeños aswell..then after grabbing my first slice I noticed a thick piece of hair from a beard or so, fall of the slice! I was so upset and disgusted. And in the end, I went for my dessert which was a lava cake, but received brownies instead… it really was a terrible experience. 21/03/24. I wrote feedback on the domino’s website after receiving my order but have not heard from them and it’s been over a week now. Definitely never...
