Domino's Pizza Kensington — Restaurant in Sydney

The worse service I have received from Dominos. My order was wrong, the garlic cheese bread was burnt when I called the store to complain the service was sloppy. Manager did not want to talk to me then I was put on hold and after a few mins the call was ended. I called back and spoke to a young lady she assisted me and apologised for the service I received she than spoke to the manager and I was granted a credit for next order 2 months after calling back to place an order the staff told me a didn’t have anything under my number, I asked to speak to the store manager was told he was too busy to talk to me and I insisted I speak to one. I was pretty much told by the manager the same thing and that I should just make a complaint through dominos website. I told him this service is not acceptable and is really disappointing for a paying customer. Shame. And that I would be leaving a bad review. Go to Maroubra Dominos. Much better have used their service for many years but once I moved to Kingsford my order was directed to the Kensington store! :( I also had to leave a rate in order to leave a review. This review is for the Domino’s management abd owner. Its a disgrace for your staff to know basic hygiene. They are using the same pizza cutter to cut chicken pizza, vegetairan pizza and pork pizza. Teach your staff member if they are using the wrong practices, tell them to change. The same pizza cutter is used whole without washing. I have added the picture of the this store manager who not following any food safety and cross contamination law. Its a shame, start investigating and get into this matter soon if its too late. Train your staff, to practice basic food hygiene habits. I have to report this to food authorities and work health saftey as well if this the situation is repeated again. Edit: This morning me and My wife got sick while eating that shitty pizza. We both were fasting yesterday and the only meal we had that pizza and garlic bread. After eating that pizza our stomach is been upset. Please take some responsibility to teach your staff...

Just a bit of context - this is my local Domino's which I have been ordering from about 1-2 times a month for the last few years, and never had a problem with their food or service.

However, I ordered two pizzas and a pasta on Tuesday night and my wife and I ate the pizzas. The next day we felt ill and it got worse throughout the day. Stomach pain, stomach bloating, felt like throwing up, shivers hot and cold throughout the night, and diarrhoea.

Went to the GP the following day and got medicine for gastroenteritis.

I attended the store today to let them know what happened. All they did was ask what I ordered and what time my order was and said they would check with other people who ordered around the same time. They didn't take down my name, phone number or order number.

I felt that was a bit of a disappointing response for something I went through, which caused me to take the day off...
