Domino's Pizza Northmead — Restaurant in Sydney

I ordered last night from Dominos Northmead. As I ordered online, I was using the App, which gave me a live Pizza tracker. I received a notification that the delivery driver was en-route. All good so far. However, 25 minutes pass since the delivery driver supposedly left, and still the order had not arrived (I live 5 minutes from the store). I then received a link stating 'rate my order experience', as if I had received the order, which I had not. I rang the store, and explained the situation, and the manager on the phone said in a rude and brash tone 'Well what do you want me to do about it?', to which I replied 'could you check to make sure it is still coming and has not been delivered incorrectly?'. to which he replied rudely 'the pizza is coming', and then hung up. Like bro, relax. The pizza then arrived 10 minutes after the phone call ended.

The food was good, but the guy on the phone needs to be a bit more respectful, as I am sympathetic that a Saturday night will be busy, but I was not speaking angrily or aggressively, and I expect the same from the person on the other side of the phone. Try to be a bit more...

We ordered our food and waited 10 mins then when it said ready we went inside we asked the man for our food and he said okay and without doing anything he left straight away to do other delivery's so we waited another 10 mins and they took my name of the ready screen so we asked again but with a different worker and he just looked at me like I wasn't there and infront of me he gave another person's order and walked away So we waited for another 10 mins and everyone that ordered after us got there pizza except us so we asked again and the worker was giving rude looking and was very slow and gave our food but it would ice cold so we thought maybe the pizza was warm inside and we couldn't wait because one of our family had work so we had to leave even though it was cold we ate the pizza my hole family had really bad food poisoning and we are struggling to keep up with when we need to go Really bad don't come here do not recommend and all the workers chating to the back and not looking at the customers terrible service Terrible pizza very...

I Bought a pizza at 10pm on the 5th of January delivered to my address. they arrived and came with the incorrect pizza which wasn't my expensive 31$ pizza that I ordered, the delivery driver said that the incorrect pizza would be rectified that night ( I waited around until midnight) and 11pm the closing time of the store and he never came back and lied to me. it never got rectified...I spoke to the manager the owner the next day in regards to the problem over the phone and he said that he would be looking into it in 30-40 minutes, I waited a hour and a half , I called him back again!...the second call the manager/owner knew who I was and said he will call me back in a few minutes, he never called me back I called

after this I left a message on there feedback stating my problems which the only response I got from the store was we let you down and we are going to retrain there staff we would like to give you a free garlic bread worth 2 bucks ..... not my 31$ pizza that I ordered.

would of loved my pizza mate, not the cheap way of trying...
