Ordered on their app for delivery as normally is easier for me as I have a 5 month old at home. Got a phone call within 5 minutes and said they were unable to deliver (less than 20 minutes away mind you) if I wasn’t in the delivery zone then it shouldn’t of been able to order. Not sure if it’s on the store or the app. And when I asked if I was able to be compensated for the delivery they said a 1.25L drink. That’s fine went to pick up. Got a phone call again as I was leaving and they said they couldn’t do the hotdog pizza promotion due to lack of ingredients . Said to make them all the same I suppose. Got to the store. Seemed very disorganised and chaotic and we weren’t even acknowledged for at least 5 minutes with no one else there. Even after all travel and phone calls to verify we were still waiting another 10 minutes to receive order that was sitting on the warmer. Went back to car and checked order. It’s domino’s I’m not expecting perfection. But the only issue I had was how burnt a new promotion item I wanted to try was. Went I asked at the counter about it is it supposed to be this dark and burnt all they said to me was that’s how it’s supposed to come out of the oven. I don’t think so at all, obviously the photos on the website are edited but to be this burnt and you think it’s acceptable?? I had to rush home so I wasn’t even going to bother to fight it and wait longer. Just truely first and last experience at this store. If you were all just having a rough night I apologise but I feel the customer service could be improved a bit more.

If I could give 0, I would. Ordered 2 pizzas on the Domino’s app at 6:11pm, Dec 29. Estimated delivery time was 6:57pm. Waited till 7:20pm and tried calling, no answer. I was greeted with excuses as to why they were late: - The app has a 2 hour delay, it’s in the fine print - We’re running low on staff - All our drivers are out doing deliveries Their customer service (if you could call it that) is atrocious. Why give an ETA and then hide an actual lead time in the fine print. When I asked for a refund on the delivery charge, I was told that it would be more expensive and I’d actually have to pay extra for pick-up! Which is a blatant lie. For my order with delivery, it was $29.40. For pick up of the same order, its $16.45. I’ll be calling for my refund and never ordering from Domino’s again.

We specifically requested a spicy vegetarian pizza, not a vegorama pizza. This miscommunication, coupled with the pricing discrepancies, only adds to our disappointment in the overall experience.

Furthermore, I must clarify that it was, in fact, you, Ms. Shalini Singh, the owner of the franchise, who attended to us during our visit to the store. Your involvement in the situation, and your subsequent behavior, further magnify our concerns regarding the unprofessionalism displayed at your establishment.

Regarding your attempt to insult and discredit us in your reply to our review, it is regrettable that instead of addressing our concerns with sincerity, you have chosen to resort to defensive tactics and personal attacks. Accusing us of twisting the facts and claiming that we had no intention to pay for the pizza are baseless accusations that only serve to undermine the validity of our feedback.

To reiterate, our dissatisfaction stems from the inconsistent pricing practices we have observed at your establishment. There have been instances where the prices in-store align with the standard rates, while on other occasions, we have been charged nearly double the amount for similar orders. This discrepancy is not only frustrating but also raises concerns about transparency and fairness in your pricing policies.

Furthermore, during our interaction, you displayed a lack of professionalism and customer service skills. Instead of providing a clear explanation for the price difference, you resorted to defensive and confrontational behavior. Your use of derogatory language such as suggesting we should ask for a cheaper pizza and asking if we were there to fight is highly unbecoming of a manager, let alone an owner, in a customer service-oriented industry. Additionally, your remark of "I am not talking to you" delivered in a rude and dismissive tone, while we were both present, further reflects your lack of respect and poor communication skills.

As customers, we expect to be treated with courtesy and professionalism, regardless of the circumstances. Unfortunately, our experience at your Domino's Pizza branch fell far short of these expectations. I ordered my pizza at 7.15pm. ETA was 8.05pm. Order thin and crispy got a call at 7.50pm manager called from store to tell me that there is no thin and crispy but can do it classic. No problems came 8.30pm called the store this time pizza been ready for half an hr they ha e 6 delivery guy no one will be available for atleast 40mins. Meaning cold pizza. They recommended that I go pick up my cold pizza. Went in store Rouse hill NSW and they had the nerve to still ask for $70 for the pizza compared to $74 if I got them delivered and on time and it wasn't cold. Dealt with the manager Sheilina so rude and arrogant gave me my pizza for $20 and she would give me my garlic bread and cheesy bread just my pizza and she was the rudest person I could have dealt with. Little does she know that I saved her delivery guy from dropping two coke zero bottle that were on the roof of his cars just minutes earlier which I regret doing. . . . . I hate Domino's rouse hill and that it got arrogant and rude staff that can't handle work load and expect customers to eat cold pizza at premium prices.

Don't bother always late. . . Ordered my pizza for delivery at 7pm called them at 8.59pm still had to wait for another half an hr for delivery. Plus the manager shalein was rude and still had the nerve to charge me for cold pizza. . . Recommend to support your local and don't bother...
