Domino's Pizza St Leonards — Restaurant in Sydney

I visited the place last night, and although it was quite busy, I was genuinely impressed by the level of service I received. The atmosphere was lively, but everything seemed well-organized. I was assisted by the manager on duty, Hardik, who personally took my order. He was extremely polite, professional, and made the entire process feel very welcoming. Hardik informed me that there would be a short wait of about 5–10 minutes, which I appreciated him letting me know upfront — and I was totally fine with that. True to his word, the wait wasn’t long at all, and when the pizza arrived, it was piping hot and absolutely satisfying. The flavor was excellent — rich, well-balanced, and clearly made with care. Not sure if it's the Dominos online ordering system or an in-store issue but tonight's pizza was delivered about 26 mins after the estimated delivery time when the order was placed. ETA was 6:03pm, at 6:06pm when it hadn't arrived (and yes, they're not always on time) I checked the online progress and it was at the end of Making Order (ie hadn't even been cooked yet). I refreshed the browser, and the ETA was then 6:20pm. It eventually came at about 6:28/9. I don't mind if my pizza is going to take a while to deliver due to peak times etc, but I expect a more accurate estimate from the online system of when delivery will be to get the family organised. When the pizza's not yet put in the oven at the expected delivery time, it's a bit rich!! Can't blame the delivery driver! Oh, and when it came, the drink was missing. Quite possibly the worst pizza I have ever had the displeasure of consuming and wasting money on. How hard is it to bake the pizza properly without leaving soggy mediocre uncooked dough. Took the delivery driver 10 Millenniums to find my house as well… I live 3 minutes away 🤣🤣🤣. Garlic bread was heated in a fridge or something and could get rid of the entire vampire population. Best tasting thing in my order was the Pepsi Max 1.5L… surprise surprise. How y’all make thin crust pizza soggy??? ITS THIN IT SHOULD COOK BETTER THAN THE OTHER ONE LOL. I loveeeeddd when the red onion on the beef and onion made a crunchy noise when I bit into it?? Do I like shrek to you? Never coming back again if hell froze over and paid me to eat there.
