Tacos Anonymous x Burgers Anonymous - St Leonards — Restaurant in Sydney

I have never rated 1 star to any place before but this guys really need to step up.

First of all they NEVER answer their phone, we used to be regulars as we think their food it’s good but every time we tried to order food for pick up they never answered their phones. So we will usually go and order in the counter to find the staff chatting with very loud music, we always asked why they don’t pick up the phone and just said we didn’t hear it.

I have witness whilst waiting for my food how they just completely ignore the phone.

I promise if I’m writing this review it’s because it hasn’t happened 1,2 or 3 times it’s seriously over 10 times.

Now you also have the option to order online through hungry panda… next catch is their menu is not even complete in there. No Cali burrito or option to remove ingredients from food which is SO ANNOYING.

Anyway I really hope the owner reads this as he has great product but really bad customer service! Hopefully he can write down a menu with all the options in hungry Panda and Uber eats and also fix your phone or get a louder one so they can hear it when the clients call!

UPDATED: As I said in my previous review they have delicious food my only down was the staff they had before but the owner hired new people and they’re all amazing! Thanks so much for listening to your customers and giving us a way...

What an amazing DIY taco kit these guys have released! I was so happy that I could make tacos in the comfort of my own home and during lockdown when the cravings are real. The taco kit was packed so well and with all the requirements you need for a taco night. I have only ever done taco nights with the standard supermarket kits so this was a first of fusion tacos and super quality ingredients 😋

Flavours were so on point and the selection of different meats and flavours was great for picky eaters in my family. I loved that the servings were generous and the remaining taco ingredients could also be used for nachos. Everything is labelled and the kit has instructions provided so it was so easy and simple to prepare, thank you Tacos Anonymous! What a dream team to be delivering to us in Sydney on this rainy night, I will definitely order again...

If I could give 0 I would. I have had the food in store and it’s good, but the quality changes between visits. What I am annoyed with is their delivery. They are on multiple delivery platforms open till 8:30. I have had two orders on different platforms cancelled by the restaurant almost an hour after it was order and accepted, and a delivery person was waiting at the store. If you cannot fulfil an order don’t accept it, or if you’re closed update your business hours. What a waste of mine and the delivery persons time. Not to mention I was charged for both orders and had to contact the platforms and my bank to get the money back. Absolutely inefficient and terrible...
