Donut King Rouse Hill GRK8 — Restaurant in Sydney

Terrible experience at the rouse hill Donut King on the last two occasions. 1st time they didn't have the donut machine on and tried offering old cinnamon donuts. We figured it was just bad timing so passed that day. 2nd time about a week later we asked if they were running the deal like other donut kings with the thickshake and 2 cinnamon donuts the girl said yes and we added 2 more (4 in total) she charged full price and we asked why she looked at us completely confused even after confirming the deal price several times. The cinnamon donuts were mostly just covered in sugar not a good ratio at all and they made the wrong drink which was disgusting. We took the drink back and she said they can just add more ice cream.. that is very unhygienic and gross of they are doing this regularly. We asked them to remake it and they said we will need to pay again.. for the drink we ordered. They were rude and repeatedly kept asking the same questions. Today 28/04/24 I bought a strawberry milk shake and donuts, I asked the lady who work there I wanted a plain donuts with no cinnamon or sugar, my order was ready I make my way back to work, I had a sip of the milk shake and not bad! I didn't check if my donuts are plain as I was already at work and it was a little busy when I got there, so I have to start work, I had a time now so I went checked my donuts and it was disgusting old and one of the donut was burned on the other side! It was too late for me to go back and show that lady who done my order that the donuts she gave me were horrible. This is not the first time I have a problem with this shop, last time I asked for plain donuts and she gave me donuts with cinnamon and again it was late for me to go back so they can correct my order. Sorry to have a whinge . Hopefully management will take on board my experience. From your advertised menu items , I ordered a strawberry nut sundae. Unsure if there was a communication issue and / or lack of product knowledge, however the lady had no idea what I wanted .
