Last week I wanted to put a photo of my cup in FB and give 5 stars. I used to have my 2 donuts and the cappuccino once a week for some time. The young girls and the Asian Gentleman used to serve me a nice cup of cappuccino, clean, with a heart on top. 3 weeks ago the gentleman served the coffee with the words "Made with Love" and then the heart neatly designed. Later I thought I should take a photo of this and put on FB and went next day. Next day I was served by a new staff, it was brought to me without a tray(Cappuccino in one hand and Donut platelet in one hand) and left in front of me carelessly. This Tuesday it was the same, the chocolate powder was spilt on the handle of the cup and the sprinkled powder looked messy. Stencils not used. I am thinking of not going there again or see who is working before ordering the coffee. I normally go around 10 am. Today 21/04 I had my cappuccino at 2.40pm. He put 19 off instead of 24 in very bad and messy way. (Please see the photo it looks like everything but not 8). I asked the guy at the store why you giving me 5 less, he said this is what I can arrange to be number 8 and cannot put more. I said but I paid for 24 not 19. He said this is what you can get.
