Dotori Fresh Sushi & Roll Lidcombe — Restaurant in Sydney

The food was not bad. But chicken katsu smell like fish. It was okay if I had deep in the sauce. Also, there were 5 mins gaps between katsu and Soba. They should serve it together if it's a set meal. But the kitchen staff was rude. I ordered chicken katsu cold soba. After I finished all the meals, the staff (I think he was kitchen staff It was a guy) was saying, 'Who pays money to eat soba?' to one of the waitresses. It was so rude. If they think that they should not sell that meal from there restaurants. I was happy to find a place in Lidcombe because chicken katsu soba is one of my favorite foods. But because of that staff, I will never visit this place again. Also, I will not delete this review. Waitresses' service was 3 out of 5.

Also, I could smell cigarettes in the restaurant a little bit. It might be smell from the street. But they should find out a solution to this problem as well.

They have absolutely great customer service, their restaurant is kept at a high quality, it brings a calm sensation. Their chicken Katsu is amazing, top tier quality; especially with the sauce. The salmon sashimi is also amazing, highly recommend. The food is kept at a fresh level. My nephew loved the Mori Soba; and I can see why.

The waitresses and waiters are amazing, they provide amazing customer service like stated before, but they greet you with a kind welcome. The take-away is also amazing, kept at a superb level even after a 30 minute drive back home. The image attached is what the food looked like after coming back, and it still looks in a top tier condition.

Anyways, absolutely recommend. 10/10...

Delicious Japanese and Korean cuisine here. The prices rose in the past few months but not too drastically. The sets have a nice balace of meat, salad, and sides, free appetisers, and some sets come with a small bowl of miso (zero calories). Personally love to come here with my family - we each grab different sets and give or take parts we don't want. The salads are a little bland (but that's with all salads as sides in inexpensive restaurants) but the sushi are alright, free chili when requested, nice udon, crispy takoyaki, and classic soju are available here.
