Ella & Beau — Restaurant in Sydney

I've visited this cafe three times in the past month. The first time, I had an excellent brunch of Eggs Benedict: English muffins, sauteed spinach and eggs with hollandaise sauce. Being vegetarian, I asked to swap the ham for halloumi, which they were very happy to do, and the staff member also suggested adding grilled mushrooms. It was so good that I had the same dish on the next two visits. The soy coffee was also excellent, the staff were super friendly and the food arrived quickly.
