First time I have tried this venue since before all of that nonsense back in 2020/21. It appears to have new management and staff here now, all of them appear to be friendly and efficient. I ordered a small flat-white coffee, a Char Grilled Vegitable Ciabatta, and a Choc Chunk Cookie Dough Brownie. $18.10,this probably includes a card surcharge. The coffee was very nice to drink, with a distinctive flavour with no unpleasant after-taste. I was told later by one of the staff that they use their own Franky & Co proprietary coffee beans, bags of which are available for purchase. The ciabatta was quite tasty. It had been warmed, in a microwave oven I guess, but with the heat being evenly distributed, no noticeable hot or cold spots to ruin the experience. The bun tasted nice and fresh. The brownie was nice, fresh and moist.

I bought a "Chargrilled Vegetable" sandwich from Francky & Co today because I was starving. I started eating it and noticed a really bad taste. When I opened it, I found green and white mould inside (check the photo!). Absolutely disgusting and completely unsafe. I had already eaten half before noticing. This is a serious food safety issue. I won’t be going back and I don’t recommend anyone else does either unless they want to get sick.

Excellent house blend large long black with good krema. Professional & courteous customer service. The grilled chese, ham & tomato toastie was delicious; a successfully inventive way of modernising the humble toastie! Ok to read here, until the rap music became a little too intense. Background music needs to be minimal in a shopping centre setting.

I'd love to give this little place more stars, but unfortunately my friend and I were let down by the service of this place yesterday. I've always had no drama when purchasing takeaway coffees and donuts. Yesterday, we decided to eat in instead. What a mistake that was! She repeatedly said her food was not worth the price. Her son's milksouldhake came out about 10 minutes AFTER her iced coffee - we had to ask about the whereabouts of this milkshake, when our server (an older Asian lady) looked it up on the system. Instead of coming iver and telling us that they'd accidentally forgotten about it (which, as someone who's worked in hospitality for 6 years, I would have done), she instead laughed with her other colleague about something (presumably us) after looking at our order. The milkshake FINALLY arrived to us, AFTER her son had already finished his donut. I was then given someone elses toast. She put it on my table, before she even asked if I'd ordered it, which I had not. I told her it's not mine and was met with a puzzling expression. The table it had belonged to was not even near mine! There was 5-6 staff on to wait 8 tables. This server obviously hasn't worked in hospitality for long or just basically doesn't care about this quaint business. It's a shame that my local café has let me down. There was also other complaints from customers regarding her service - we overheard 3 or 4 people talk to her a frustrated tone, complaining...

The dark skinned bald bloke with a really bad attitude who works there should not be in working in the food/retail business. The appalling scene that went on this afternoon, my partner had to intervene. He was manhandling a little 12 year old, yelling at him and grabbed him by the arms ripping him from the chair he was sitting down on, he wasn’t causing any mischief he looked over heated and need a short rest. He could’ve been nice about it but he’s a nasty piece of work. I was about to order something, but I’d rather go elsewhere to a friendlier face, not support a business who hires someone who...
