Dropped in for coffee this morning first time jad time to kill b4 apt, young gi being trained in making coffee doing really good my coffee was nice just a little cold. Her trainer a very different story, the young girl picked up wrong type of milk I have lactose free so I said very calm quietly said it's not almond it's lactose, and pointed to lactose but didn't think I was heard as neither girl at that point looked up so repeated. This trainer said she has lactose it's the blue one then with absolute rude attitude said it's soy actually. I commented didn't know that, are you OK ? No eye contact with snarky attitude. Yes. I commented well you look a little stressed same snarky attitude... no. So that was it for me im old enough to be her mother and a little respect/ customer service needs to be taught and I've learned now I don't need to be taking that attitude so I let her know calmly that's a bit rude same snarky attitude don't know why I would expected something else she answers excuse me rolls her eyes and huffy. I said you can't even give me eye contact. Then I got this Sharpe rudest look ever so I met them know I would be back. And ll this was said calm manner because I wouldn't of wanted to make...

Put an online order through on Thursday afternoon for a Saturday delivery. The website guarantees next day delivery if placed by 12noon the day before (otherwise it moves to the next day) At 4pm Saturday, I had not heard from the recipient of the box so I was unsure if they received it or perhaps not home. I contacted Frank and Co and spoke to one of the owners named Tina who claimed delivery couldn't be made today?! Why?? No explanation, no phone call to advise me. If I had not called I would have never known. Their response?! "We can deliver on Tuesday as we are fully booked on Monday for Valentine's Day" I requested a refund instead. How can you not prioritise a missed delivery??! Needless to say I won't be back!...

Nice food, good coffee and friendly customer service.

I'm very fussy with my ham and cheese croissants, people seem to either squish them in a press or microwave them and they're cold inside or soggy...here they're crisp and melted all the way through, yummy and buttery.

Coffee is made well, customer service is fantastic. I left my coffee sitting not knowing it was ready, when I asked to have it microwaved the staff wouldn't allow it, they remade it in under a minute. It wasn'tmy intention but was very much appreciated. You may think this is simple but so many cafes get customer service so wrong.
