long time messina customer, and i came again this sunday night (30/3/25), first off the server was so rude didn’t even acknowledge us and when we asked for a tester she’s gave us attitude, then another man walked in pushed infront of me and my sister and started ordering no consideration for us even tho we were halfway thru the order, the worker also didn’t stick up for us when the man pushed infront she just served him like it was nothing… very disappointing service, we know it’s sunday night and it’s the end of the week but it doesn’t excuse poor behaviour towards paying customers. Icecream was fire tho🔥🔥 lowk curators ate with this weeks...

Gelato was great but the staff members were completely unaware of who was first, never enforced to create a line... Lots of people started pushing in without the staff members bothering to confirm who was first. An argument broke out between the customers in front of me that had been waiting a long time when the staff member proceeded to serve a group of people that just walked in. You should really enforce some rules/create a line because 1. It sucks to be pushed in front of 2. It sucks to see other people get pushed in front of (and the lines are not short) and 3. Gelato is stand out .. Italian Nougat my fav! The service & the staff here use to be stand out too but in the last 6 months they’ve become basic in customer service, stingy in the scoop & a real drawback to the overall experience.. Some talented happy staff would make me come more often as I live 2 mins away .. The guy this afternoon at Tramsheds, (16.1.24 @ 6pm) I’d remove before you lose more customers .. I’ll walk to Haymarket to be better served.. sorry but this is a real & honest review .. 😏 .. if you’d like my money, serve me happily & friendly, it’s a basic element of customer service.
