This temple is truly a beautiful place for prayer and peace. The moment I arrived, there was this calm energy that made me want to slow down and just… breathe. The temple is designed with bold red gates, protective lion statues, and glowing red lanterns, all enriched with traditional Chinese symbols.

The space is open and spacious—there’s a wide parking area, and even though it’s outdoors, everything felt organized and inviting. Not crowded at all, which made the moment feel even more personal and sacred. If you’re looking for a spot to send a wish or just reconnect in silence, this one’s...

I visited Sze Yup Kwan Ti Temple in Sydney — not too far from the city — and it was my first time going to a Chinese temple. I wasn’t really sure what to do. There were so many incense sticks and all kinds of papers I didn’t understand. 😅 I just watched what others were doing and followed along. Some were folding papers, others were writing their names on them. I did my best to participate, a bit awkwardly. Initially, I just wanted to pay respects to Guan Yin, but in the end, I ended up praying to every deity there. It was a meaningful experience, and the temple grounds were peaceful...

This is a temple I visit often. The surroundings are always elegant, and inside the main hall, it's sacred and solemn.

There are statues of Guan Sheng Di(Guan Gong), Guanyin Bodhisattva, and the God of Wealth. I’m grateful for the blessings and guidance from the deities. The fortune sticks here are very accurate and have guided me in life, helping me become a better person.

I highly recommend this place to anyone reading this review. You should come, light some incense, and pay your respects— you will become a better person.

Many thanks to the deities...

I went last week with a friend and I have to say the temple is conveniently located near Glebe Point Rd, making it close to many food options nearby after you pay your respects. The downside of this place is the inside parking access can be quite busy if there is an event going on, and parking can be quite scarce. Other than that, it's all you can expect from a temple.
