I went last week with a friend and I have to say the temple is conveniently located near Glebe Point Rd, making it close to many food options nearby after you pay your respects. The downside of this place is the inside parking access can be quite busy if there is an event going on, and parking can be quite scarce. Other than that, it's all you can expect from a temple.

Have heard about this place for many years and was honored to have the opportunity to visit on New Year's Eve 2024. Lily, the abbot of the temple, is a very kind-hearted person who doesn't talk much and works hard to fulfill his duties. I sincerely wish that the incense of Guandi Temple in Siyi will flourish and be passed down from generation to generation.

I've been coming here annually to celebrate Chinese New Years for as long as I can remember. Recently with fire bans and restrictions, they no longer have fire crackers at midnight, rather Lion dancing and confetti to welcome the new year. Parking can be limited closer to midnight so best to come early to secure a good spot!

The Sze Yup Kwan Ti Temple is a place of great significance to the Australian Chinese community tucked away in the Glebe neighbourhood. Free entry and worth the visit on foot, it has a very small carpark and off street parking can be tedious. (Remember not to take photos within the temple and follow the rules. :) )

I went there on the weekday. It was quiet and I was able to make a good pray. There was very organised and clean. Have the car parking about 10 slots inside the temple. They also have the garden as well. If you travel by bus or tram and then can easily walk there. Also it's close to the tramsheds and Jubilee park.

Serene taoist temple in Glebe. One of the oldest temple in Sydney. Parking available past the entrance gate so no need to find street parking. The temple is well maintained and sectioned. A nice cosy temple where you can go to find tranquillity and clear your thoughts.
