Gloria Jean's Narellan — Restaurant in Sydney

Disclaimer: Do not judge all Gloria Jeans shops by the terrible standards of this one, I go regularly to at least 3 other GJ locations in the Macarthur area and are very different from this one, would give them all at least a 3+ star rating 👍 One thing I will say for Narellan is it’s a very cute little place to sit in with your coffee as it’s aesthetically pleasing, but was so surprised to go in on New Year’s Day and find out they don’t let you use your Loyalty/Rewards points on public holidays - while also having a pub hol surcharge. None of the other GJs I’ve ever visited do either of these things and after mentioning it online was contacted by other GJs shop owners confirming they never do that. In terms of service, noticed when they didn’t include one of the paper plates and cutlery inside the bag that my takeaway croissant came in which is also always done at every other GJs store I’ve been to, so it ended up sliding around and getting squashed in the bag. Had a wonderful time at Gloria Jean’s with my family! The coffee was rich and flavorful – an absolute delight for me and my husband. 😍 My daughter couldn’t get enough of the mango chiller, and it was so refreshing! 🥭💛

We also indulged in some pastries – perfectly baked, light, and delicious – and treated ourselves with tasty ice cream loaded with oats, Nutella, and banana. 🍌🍫 It was creamy, satisfying, and honestly one of the best desserts we’ve had in a while!

Everything was fresh, flavorful, and made for a relaxing family outing. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great coffee, refreshing drinks, and wholesome treats. 💕

Can not describe how disappointed I was to receive the açai bowl at narellan Gloria jeans I ordered a small açai bowl which was $12 I added ‘Nutella’ which was literally chocolate syrup was charged $3 extra for that making the total $15 I then proceeded to ask what Nutella they use she showed me a bottle of chocolate syrup with a label that has clearly been printed that just says Nutella on it so it was not what they advertised it to be, second of all the granola was stale like rocks there was also Saltanas in it which was not mentioned to be in the bowl thirdly the actual açai was filled with bits and did not taste right at all literally could not eat it had 3 bites and had to throw out overall I am highly disappointed and will not be purchasing again waste of money and very poor quality don’t...
