š¬ Yikes I ordered an almond cappuccino on Sunday afternoon. The girl who served me was lovely. At the time of the order I was the only person waiting for take away and roughly after 5 mins 4 more people ordered after me. All of them ordering a type of chiller and one a large coffee.
I stood waiting there for about 10 or so minutes thinking how odd that all these people are being served before me, but assumed there was a reason.
After everyone else had received their order the man working as the barista asked if I was waiting for something. I told him I was and my order.
He did not apologise once and in fact he seemed annoyed at me, as if it had been my fault the order board glitched. He asked if I was sure I paid and asked the girl who served me if she had put it in correctly.
This upset me, because he seemed to be the one in charge of the cafe and heās not taking any accountability even if it was a system error. Instead he was trying to look for someone else to blame, being me or the server.
Coffee tasted great, but unfortunately you lost a few stars for customers service and the way I heard you speak to your staff. If you have a customer waiting for a long time you should always apologise for the wait, itās common practice.

I am a regular Gloria Jeans customer, first time to the Windsor store this morning, I paid for a large coffee and it was served a regular size mug. Store manager & owner refused to offer a partial refund for the difference between a regular and large, stating "this is HIS stores large (when infact it is the GJ brands regular size mug). He also stated that regular is not an option for dine in (and this is because he serves a regular yet charges for a large).
