If only you could give negative stars. We placed our order through doordash, I've ordered from this restaurant for 4 years and have known them to take 40 minutes to an hour to arrive but seeing its chinese food in a plastic container it's usually always hot.

2 and a half hours, 3 phone calls to the restaurant later the food arrives. The restaurant staff first played off that DoorDash did not give our address, OK here it is. Another hour and another phone call "yes it was dispatched and is on the way" another 30 minutes later I call in the third time to be hung up on as they laugh in the background.

As an institution, it endures much the same way a spider's web does. It has its moments, alas when dared to delve, the cook was sitting scrolling, the manageress sat behind bar-ish area and the dull place looked as dismal. First and last time. Lack of quality and authenticity. Honey chicken was soggy, it appeared the fried rice was not fresh, in my many many years of being a honey chicken connoisseur did I ever think I would come across a chicken as wet as a cold winters morning. Honey chicken should be crispy and not saggy like my grandmother. Please also use a bell as i shouldnt have to stare aimlessly at your house rules and read it over it and over again forgetting where i even am in the first place. There is still hope though as i will give it another go on the grounds that i get that crispy goodness...
