Got a taro milk tea and for some reason there's Therese weird mushy things??? Never had this in a taro milk tea and it's my first time ordering from here.. not to mention the taro had ZERO taro taste. Literally the word gongcha I've gotten

Nice drinks but unfortunately very poor customer service. Purchased three large teas and discovered one of the cups was faulty and leaked in the bag. Returned it within minutes of buying it and the lady serving accused me of dropping it and lying. She went on about this for rant least 5mins whilst I was waiting for the remaining drink to be transferred to a new cup. Very...

i came here 2 times in total. i ordered a taro with milkfoam, 30 minute wait!! they were making milkfoam on the spot and didnt tell me beforehand abt the wait whatsoever
