I'm a big bahmi fan and am always on the hunt to try different bakeries which serve bahmi rolls. The first impression was how busy they were. People were queuing for their bahmis and they had 3 people dedicated to making and pumping out bahmi rolls. Before I get to my verdict, I'll just describe the bakery itself. When you order and pay, you get a number and wait till it's called, which means your food, whether it be pies, bread or bahmi rolls is ready. Different things I noticed about this bakery compared to others is that they sell freshly squeezed sugar cane, which they juice in front of you. I ordered a sliced pork bahmi, which was very good and my friend got a hot pork and crackling bahmi which was heavenly. I would go there again. There is a very small seating area of about 5 seats to eat in if you choose to, so if that's what you want to do and your with someone, get them to grab a seat while you order the food, as they get taken pretty fast. You can't see these two tables looking directly at the bakery, you need to walk around the bakery towards woolworths to see them. There are toilets located in the mall Free parking lot with wheelchair accessible parking and entry. There is a big woolworths here and lots of other shops as well.

Came all the way from St Andrews because I had heard that this is the place people line up for pork rolls and pastry’s. got there had to lineup behind 3 other customers because staff have to call you over before you can order. I believe this is where the famous lineup at the bread shop is mistakenly interpreted. Anyway I ordered a pork roll, sausage roll and a cheese and bacon pie. Not gonna say nothing else other than PLEASE get your knocker in there and check them out. Perfect for photos, and a good look around, because visually it is as authentic as any good bread shop in Cabramatta. With that nice morning aroma of baked goodness and coffee beans. Fresh bread loaves and rolls stacked High on a polished stainless steel oven trolleys, baked pastries all perfectly positioned to catch your eye and add to the perception. How did it taste? Well I guess this is how it would taste if a marketing genius were to make pork rolls and pastries for the first time.

The custard tarts and Portuguese tarts here are really good. Please support local businesses like these more instead of bigger companies. Their food was great and there were happy to serve us so I would recommend going here for a good custard tart or Portuguese tart.

I ordered today 13/11/23 two sugarcane Juice. It wasn’t fresh at all I literally saw she take out the juice from the tub and put it in the glass didn’t use the machine and itwhen I told them (the Asian lady and a guy) they told me it’s fresh it is fresh . I said I saw it, they start an argue with me. It will be fine don’t worry. I bought the juice for my husband who was sick, he tasted it and said it doesn’t taste fresh and the thing is I didn’t tell him that yes I saw it wasn’t fresh. And then I tasted it was fine in the first sip but later on I felt unwell and feels like vomiting. Don’t buy juice from this shop as they don’t make it in front of you. Worst part I felt is the staff arguing with me. Didn’t want to make fresh juice. At last I throw it in the bin. I want me...
