Ordered on their website and select pickup from the Costi's Catch shop in CherryBrook next day, and when I got to the shop and they have no idea about the order, after some phone calls between them the shop gave me frozen crab even though I order and paid online for fresh ones, had to took it anyway with a small discount because I don't have time to go for another seafood shop, and later found out the crab was soooo bad that we basically threw it away after thaw as they are almost empty inside. Maybe go to their main shop and buy will be different but I would not recommend doing pick up.
On Mar 3: They put a comment below said they will contact me for refund but so far I haven't received any msg/call from this business. It's bad to have bad service, but worse put false comment to make you look good.
On Mar 24: One more comment said they have contacted me a few times but I haven't received any call or even one msg, or email. I call the number they provided and no one answer, I left a voice mail and still no one reply. I am not a guy who normally leave review or complain much, and to me it does not really worth the effort to chase this. But I don't like lies. Read moreWon’t be going there again. Husband bought home the seafood basket and the calamari was off! It had a foul smell and rotten taste I spat it out and threw the rest away. The texture of the calamari was off too, it was more like a deli compressed chicken loaf. Tried calling them to let them know so many times but was on hold for more than 10 minutes before hanging up. In the past I used to ask them to swap the seafood stick for extra fish cocktails which they used to do, but now whenever we’ve asked they keep saying no they can’t do it. It was great when it first opened but now it’s not only a rip off but the food has at times been over cooked to the point of almost burnt and along with the off calamari, they’ve lost our business.
