A decent "Italian" restaurant, with a very limited menu, offering pasta and pizza dishes only. Was expecting to see much more Italian dishes with meat on the menu as I was looking forward to a cacciatora or carpaccio but it was nowhere to be found.
Ended up settling on a eggplant parmigiana which was pretty close to perfect. The pesto gnocchi was great along with the lasagne and fettucini carbonara. The food here is definately worth the visit.
The service and ambience however are very lacking. Seating is cramped and our table constantly rocked. We were seated near a watering station and pos machine so staff were constantly walking around us, it was busy and over staffed. The service was super friendly but abit much, when one person finished their plate, someone came along and took it off the table, it happened 4 times, would have preffered if we all just finished and it was collected in one go, but the place is over staffed and staff are doing tedious tasks to occupy their time just to find something to do.
Then when having to pay, they dont bring the bill to your table, you pretty much have to stand in a line next to tables with other people eating, the product of Italy is good, it offers great food but it's just missing the ltittle things, which topped off with a bad design/layout, the place is just to cramped and off putting to be a enjoyable...

We recently celebrated our baby’s first birthday at Product of Italy, and it was truly the perfect venue. We were able to hire out the entire restaurant, which gave us the space and flexibility to create a relaxed, private celebration just how we wanted it.
One of the highlights was being able to bring in a soft play setup for the kids—it kept them entertained for hours and made the event so much more enjoyable for all the families attending. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful with all the arrangements, making everything run smoothly from start to finish.
The food was absolutely incredible—authentic, generous, and full of flavour. From the woodfired pizza to the pasta and desserts, everything was fresh and delicious. The grazing boards were beautifully done and a big hit with our guests.
The service was friendly, professional, and so attentive. The team went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect, and we’re so grateful for the care and effort they put in.
Thank you Product of Italy for helping us create such a memorable and special first birthday. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we’ll definitely be back—both for events and for a...
Read moreOrdered online. Told pickup was 6:33p.m. Joined a queue to be served. Told food was not ready and asked to wait outside the store. Front of House called my name incorrectly - mispronouncing my name. Once that was sorted was given my order only for me to tell Front of House that the order was incomplete. Was offered a bottle of coke as apology. Waited till 7:05p.m. for my name to be mispronounced again. It is not that hard to say. Given order only for one item to be missing. It was retrieved. I was asked how I felt - politely I said disappointed that I was not given a more accurate pick up time. I could tell the Front of House was stressed. She was then rude and gave me a voucher - walking off. I did not ant a voucher - as it only means spending more money in your store. I would rather have had the money returned from the bill I had paid. I am reluctant to spend more money at a store where I am spoken to rudely, my name mispronounced repeatedly, handed an incomplete order and the pick up time is so inaccurate. I did not mind waiting but thew length of wait was too long and not helped by the order...
