Grill'd Burgers - Miranda — Restaurant in Sydney

The team here at Grill'd Miranda make a seriously mean burger. With a menu this extensive, it's possible to get lost among the many options. Personally, I always have trouble deciding & usually end up splitting multiple burgers with friends.

I've been eating at Grill'd now for going on 12 years since it's fist location opened on Glenferrie Road in Melbourne. During that time I've found their burgers to be, not only delicious but also perfectly consistent & packed full of super fresh ingredients. As a result it's easy to tell that the guys here genuinely care about the product they send out to your table.

Grill'd burgers are from a nutritional stand point, relatively healthy. These bad boys certainly won't leave you feeling heavy or bloated which for me, is a major win. Most of the burgers here only pack a respectable 500/600 calories. Sure, add a side of chips to that & your cranking it up a notch, but that being said it's impossible to dine here & not bask in the glory that are their herb seasoned chips.

My personal favourite? A lamb burger dubbed the 'Glorious Goats Cheese' consisting of grass fed lean lamb, Meredith Dairy goats cheese, hummus & salad. This burger is big, hearty & packs a certain creaminess that I find to be the heart & soul of the burger. Other honourable mentions include the 'Simon Say's' burger, packed with a grilled chicken breast, avocado, crispy trim bacon, salad, relish & herbed mayo.

All in all, I'm a proud Grill'd groupie & would certainly recommend trying one of their many branches now dotted around the country. You won't be...

Unfortunately had a really negative experience. Went to grilled Miranda with my husband on my birthday and paid for two burgers with chips and a drink each. The payment went through, I saw the green tick and my bank notification come up approved. The ladies insisted that I didn’t pay even though I showed my transaction. The lady Quin said it would bounce back and I had to pay again, so I payed a second time . So I ended up paying over $120 and was gas lit saying that I was in the wrong by Quin and my first payment will bounce back. The annoying think is this person said to just “email” if it doesn’t like it’s no big deal and I can get a refund that could take weeks!!! . Like this isn’t an inconvience and I never go to Miranda so it’s out of my way and she just made me feel like it was my fault even after I showed her my transaction .

Can confirm both payments have been taken out of my account and I’ve been charged twice.

I did speak to a nice guy on the phone who is helping me but honestly it’s just really annoying being put down as a customer , being told I’m wrong and now having to go out of my way inbetween work to get a refund .

Just not the best way to end my birthday haha

Went right on 12pm so the place was empty. The girl that "greated" us gave us menu's and my partner asked 'can we sit outside?' and she replied 'sit wherever'. No one was there but all the booths and seats where covered in debris. found a clean table and saw the QR code ordering system and assumed no one would come to our table, and no one did. Ordered on my phone, the same girl brought the drinks, didnt ask who had what, just put them on the table. food was brought out by a more friendly member of staff, but again, didnt ask who ordered what, just put the food on the table. Food came out fast, the burgers were great, good size, well cooked. we ordered a side of Chips that never came, but 3 of the 4 burgers came with a side of Chips ??! Chips were undercooked but the ones eatible were nice. Over all, the burgers were nice. Don't come here expecting customer service. "Waitress/Waiter" seems to be a thing of the past here, they're...
