Pathetic service, ordered at 6.20 and finish time was estimated to be 6.30 which I’m aware it usually goes past this point and was happy to wait a little longer. At 6.50 we were informed they were out of a certain burger that we ordered and that I could change it but it would be a further 15 minute wait. How does it take half an hour to realise and inform us that you can’t honour our order, that is something you should be aware of and actioning immediately. On top of that it means you hadn’t even began to prepare our meal until half an hour after the order? Not even the drinks had been given to us throughout this whole time. No one looked in control and no one could give a reason for what had happened, complete lack of service and management. Out of principal I got a refund because that service is not even close to being worth $70 and I didn’t want any food from the place at this point. Even the refund process took 10 minutes because your eftpos was down, how is your manager not aware the eftpos wasn’t working and it took 10 minutes for the staff member to tell them. Won’t be returning, grilld has been in decline for a while now I wouldn’t recommend it. Expensive for a burger joint however sadly the service and quality is not worth the money...

Grill’d rouse hill located in rouse hill town centre is a must try! Lots of parking available and open late! The service was very friendly and welcoming. A great menu with lots of variety, beef, chicken, wagyu and vegan options. Many bun opinions available, traditional, low carb, gluten free, panini. Grill’d have got their act together where you scan a QR code on your smart phone and you are able to order and pay from your table. The ordering system was very easy and clear to use. With or without buttons for ingredients. Apple Pay available. The Almighty burger was delicious and so filling. The sauces Grill’d use are so yummy. The wagyu wonder was filling and delicious too! Fries were hot, fresh and yummy! The chipotle Mayo was a great sauce for the chips, not spicy at all. Food and drink came out quickly and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating available. A nice ambiance inside with dimmed lighting and not too loud. Covid practices in force with check in, hand sanitiser and tables closed the help with social distancing. It was a great experience and I can’t wait to come back and try other things...

I placed my order at 6:48pm, and after nearly 20+ minutes of waiting (with an original ETA of 10 minutes) I spoke to one of your staff - we were advised that we just had to wait time longer without any real empathy or clarity.

We were there celebrating our friends buying their first home - and it made for a terrible experience which we struggled to enjoy.

The food was delivered to our table closer to 7:20pm, nearly half hour after we placed the order. We thought that’s okay, let’s just get on with the meal.

But much to our dismay, it was absolutely stale. The chips, soggy and cold. The burger meat wasn’t even warm and the bread wasn’t toasted. How extremely disappointing. To make things worse, there was no acknowledgement or apologies from the staff - and we were made to feel rushed to get out with constant checking to clear the plates when we were clearly still in the middle of our meal.
