I definitely have found my base for a very nice sizzling Mongolian lamb. Tonight I popped in for a dinner and requested my lamb to be cooked at perfection and to my surprised Mr Choy did exactly to what I have asked for. He has been the owner for this place for past 40 years surely it explains how much experience of food prep he has and he seemed to have trained his staff pretty well.
