This morning, after receiving the fantastic news that my surgeon had removed all my aggressive cancer (following a five-hour operation last week) and being declared cancer-free, we decided to have a late breakfast a few doors away from the surgeon's rooms at Parx Coffee House, in Gregory Hills.

The moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by a friendly and smiling staff member. We later found out her name is Sarah. We were shown to our table, and she asked us how we were doing today. I could not help but blurt out the fantastic news. After weeks of worry, and days of discomfort and pain, I felt on top of the world, even though my body is still a bit battered and bruised from the operation. She seemed almost too happy about my news, however, she went on to tell us that she is in her final year of nursing, so her genuine appreciation for such news all made sense. Within seconds we told her that she will be one fantastic and caring nurse in the future.

We gave her our order, and each item was promptly delivered to our table. The serving size was generous, and the food was delicious. To finish, we ordered a slice of carrot cake to share. It was the best carrot cake - moist and packed with ingredients. It was wicked!

Each time Sarah came to our table, we were more impressed with her customer service skills. Nothing was a problem, and she was genuinely hospitable.

When it came time to pay the bill, my wife was shocked to be told that the bill had already been paid. We both were startled, and argued that we hadn't paid the bill. Another friendly and lovely staff member, Eve, proceeded to tell us that our account was paid for by the staff, because of what we'd been through, and to celebrate the fantastic news. My wife's eyes filled with tears; she was overcome. We were both totally blown away by this act of extreme kindness.

Sarah, Eve and the other staff at Parx Coffee House, in Gregory Hills, when we're next in your area (we live about 80kms away from Gregory Hills), we'll certainly be in for a meal. You all helped to make our great day even better!

I had an absolutely delightful experience at the café! The moment I stepped inside, the cozy ambiance and the inviting aroma of freshly brewed coffee welcomed me. The friendly staff made me feel at ease right away, and their prompt service was commendable.

The menu offered a diverse selection of delectable treats, and I settled on a Mezze board accompanied by a mug of latte . The barista's expertise was evident in the perfectly crafted latte art of a swan, which i rarely see in all the cafe places in this area. (My thanks to the young gentleman that made me my latte very enjoyable) The cafe's decor, featuring hanging garden and comfortable seating, created a cozy and inviting environment.

Throughout my visit, the staff was attentive and courteous, always ready to assist with a warm smile. The level of cleanliness and attention to detail in maintaining the space was admirable, ensuring a pleasant and hygienic dining experience.

Time seemed to fly by as I savored every sip of my coffee and savored each bite of the salmon bowl. The ambiance, the service, and the delightful culinary offerings made my time at the café truly memorable.
