Title: Disappointing Experience with Undercooked Chicken I recently visited House of Lee with high hopes for a delicious meal. While the lamb and fried rice were enjoyable, my experience was marred by the undercooked chicken dish that was served to me. Upon realizing that the chicken was pink and not fully cooked, I brought it to the attention of the staff. To my surprise, the owner's response was to offer to microwave the dish. Needless to say, I declined this offer, as it is not an acceptable solution for undercooked food. Instead, I requested a replacement dish, but was met with resistance when they insisted on charging me for the original chicken dish. This lack of understanding and refusal to accept negative feedback left a sour taste in my mouth. As a customer, I believe it is important for restaurant owners to value and appreciate both positive and negative feedback. It is through constructive criticism that improvements can be made. While the lamb and fried rice were enjoyable, the overall experience here was disappointing. I will not be returning in the future, and I hope that the owner takes this feedback to heart and learns to handle negative feedback with the same level of professionalism as they do positive feedback.

Excellent food with very nice and friendly staff, very reasonably priced with some wonderful selections, excellent old school Chinese restaurant decor inside, food came very quickly and was delicious, family friendly with kids utensils available and booster seats also available, plenty of street parking nearby overall a nice restaurant

We went here to dine last night an hour before closing. They accommodated us nicely. We ordered combi laksa and pork spare ribs and really tasted good. The spiciness of the combi laksa is just right. Highly recommended. We'll definitely come back here to try their other dishes.

What a terrible experience. I've been here a few times and usually it's crap customer service but the food is great well tonight was just a disgusting night all around. First we just sat down and was told after politely asking for a couple of minutes that "if you don't order now I have a big order coming up so you will just have to wait a long time until I'm finished to get your food", then the food came out slowly (maybe over 1.5hours for 3 entrees and 4 mains) and it was inedible! Two out of 6 adults spat there food into the yellow paper towels and one refused to eat anything after a small mouthful, the other 3 suffered because of the cost of it. The beef we ordered in Peking sauce was actually rare- blue rare and was inedible and just foul. We were rushed and ignored when we asked for dessert, which we requested three times before they listened to us. Never to return, and never to recommend to...

Ordered take away over the weekend, first time trying this place and to say disappointing would be an understatement. Fried rice was bland, both the special and vegetarian. The satay combination was flavourless, also nothing like any of the other places we've tried. Their honey chicken was all batter and barely any chicken, what chicken was in there looked mashed. The spring rolls were also mushy on the inside and flavourless. Overall disappointing especially since I'd been meaning to try this place for a...
