I feel quiet ashamed to be writing this review however my feelings are strong due to the horrid customer service I have experienced 1: came into the restaurant 1 week after opening I stood there for close to 40 min with people coming in being served around me I finally was served after speaking up and was politely (not) told that what I wanted to order was not on the menu they had ran out 40 min of my life wasted I said I would never enter the shop again 2: the grandchildren wanted to try the food at your restaurant so I crumbled went there 3 weeks ago lovely young girl served me Restaurant was full but got food in a reasonably timely manner and they said food was delish ok that’s good customer service was good will give it another go. 3: TO MY HORROR customer service was appalling ordered girl quiet could not understand what I wanted my main gripe here is I ordered and waited and waited a table of 9 people ordered after I ordered my 2 little rolls and chips they received their food prior to me receiving my food hmm does not seem right and furthermore the chicken in the rolls were dry and flavourless. This is a little below the belt but it should not matter what nationality you are what skin colour you are all people should be treated with the same respect and courtesy sadly this appears not to be the case at...

Scoot over, El Janah and Awafi, a new kid on the block is here and they opened in Padstow. Lucky us. Cha Char is a tad bit pricier than the competition but the selection of the sides is unreal, they have rice, pasta salad, potato salad, coleslaw, greek salad and plenty more. Also have lots of meat on sticks. I was blown away. They cater for everyone. We got the Chicken deal and swapped the hot chips side with potato salad, added coleslaw and greek salad. The salads were actually nice and fresh. The garlic dip I found very strong, as in you'd wanna brush your teeth after. You wouldn't wanna be kissing anyone just after having it. Haha. Now, for the hero, the chicken, all I can say is YUMMM! Super tasty, great marinade and cooked well. It was quite a dramatic presentation and I'm happy they do it, it's their signature. They wrap the chicken in the leb bread and you don't see the chicken until you unwrap it. Hubby thought it was a cloth. Lol. I loved, love that the juices of the chicken soaked in the bread and got right in there. Nom, Nom, Nom. So, yes, go and try the chicken meal. You will not be disappointed. Go get it now, don't think about it. Just go. Best parking is at the back if nothing at the front or get it on Menulog or Uber...
