Hungry Jack's Burgers Bass Hill — Restaurant in Sydney

Wow I was thinking it’s been a year on since last tried to order ice cream new Nutella storm. But it was wasn’t to be . It turns out they still haven’t served ice cream since . Why is it they bother displaying it on the order board. I think they just flat out don’t serve ice cream . Not only they didn’t serve ice cream but I had to wait 12 minutes to get through drive through it turns out they didn’t direct anyone to the waiting bay . Just had to wait till everyone got their complete meal one by one please respond with your experience with service and ice cream interested here if I’m the only one that feels this way Love the newly renovated restaurant. I had Jack's brekkie roll with hash brown and for drink new ice coffee with popping pearls food and drink was great loved the popping pearls. Failed miserably in service took a long time to get served and no customers in store. The employee look like he was working in a morgue. Iced coffee wasn't finished off with sprinkles and sauce like displayed. And wasn't notified when order was ready. So we guessed it was mine and took it. Been here a few times since so feel the need to add to my review and take away 2 stars , the service here is terrible really bad the only way to improve is to ditch the lot and start again. And why is when every time I order ice cream for the last 6 months that the ice cream machine is not working. Is it because maintaining the machine requires work and employees are lazy as well as bad...

My parents and I have witnessed 2 bad customer service experience

I will only disclose the second bad experience witnessed on Tuesday 1st April 2025. The morning shift staff members are generally rude, arrogant and unprofessional.

My parents were served cold coffee on purpose as the staff members don't like serving non muslim patrons and it was evident by their rude attitude.

My parents ordered 3 coffees through drive through and was asked to park. It was not a busy time only 3 customers in a space of 30 minutes 5 to 10 minute intervals in-between customers orders. However, the workers had purposefully taken 25 minutes to make and deliver my parents coffee. My parents witnessed other patrons receive their large orders in which was ordered 10 to 15 minutes after my parents order.

When the coffee's arrived they were cold upon palpation. I had tried to address it to the worker with an Indian accent and she had stated that she just made the coffee's. The cold temperature of the coffee indicated that the coffees were made and forgotten or purposefully left for bad service. No apologies were made by the Indian worker, she yelled and stated give the coffee back and stormed off in anger.

If your non Muslim, run don't order...

Been to a few hungry jacks lately coz the Dbl Whopper Cheese is just amazing.. all of the stores I have been to have been really sloppy, messy and the food was questionable.

Today we visited my old stomping ground at Hungry Jacks Bass Hill and the store was inviting, the staff were friendly and hands down had the best most amazing Dbl Whopper Cheese with a coffee. The whopper was perfect with all the ingredients in the burger, the burger was constructed impeccably and the fries were hot and crispy. Picked out 4 pickles from the whopper and not 11 like other stores. As a coffee junkie I must say the coffee was on point too. I noticed the store owner plaque is still the same as it was in 1999 with still the same owner. The store has been updated since I was last here and looks amazing. The staff definitely do keep it clean as I seen them tidying up when they could, most fast food places really lack that attention. The restrooms are clean and again most fast food restrooms are 3rd world but here its very clean. Very Very Happy. Thank You Well done Mark kept the standard...
