Okay, let’s start at the very beginning. Ordered my meals via the app, great service. Walked into the store, staff were chatting, no cars waiting in drive thru, one customer infront of me & the food took over 10 mins to arrive. Walked up to the counter was greeted by the staff member with, “YEAH” requested fries with no salt, this may have upset staff cause my fries were delivered with salt & cold. My Kanas burger looked nothing like the advertised picture. I got bread, 5 pieces of cabbage and special sauce the size of a 5 cent piece (wish I’d taken photos of my meal).My burger was flattened, evident that the staff members finger went through the bum as the top of bun had a hole made by a finger. Requested a cup of water from the tape I was advised that they don’t do that but being a repeat customer to this restaurant I have observed staff provide a cup of water when other customers requested this. Couldn’t wait to get out of there, staff must of had their volume tone on high as when interacting with each other they were yelling. One staff member (possibly supervisor) talking down to the staff calling them lazy. On the surface it appears no care for customer satisfaction just there to make the dollar and go home. Read moreI came here and was severely disappointed. The employees were by far the main problem. The employees were talking amongst themselves about personal things. There was one guy there who had done not a single thing other than talking to other employees. He was talking inappropriately with course language loud enough for everyone to hear. When i had to come back to the register for sauce, the employee helping me told the guy to stop swearing and this man straight up got defensive and loud asking him to quote what exactly he said. Furthermore, I ordered a large meal and got charged and given a small meal but didn't want to go back to the register because I had to go back so many times for napkins, sauce, and salt cause the chips were bland. As someone who has worked in hospitality for many years, this is no way for this place to be managed. i havent been to this location in many months yet these 'younger' workers dont seem to understand how to be appropriate at work. My partner wentry there for $1 med fried and the lady at the window turned around and say "no we don't do that anymore" feeling embarrassed my partner still asked for chips. So he got two large fries and small onion rings. Came home to very old disgusting onion rings and old chips mind you we live on the other side of hjeans so it's a min walk. I took them back to hj and the lady didn't even say sorry or anything. She went back and put fries down even tho I asked for my money back that she ignored what I said and start cooking fresh fries. Was so upset and left ignored in drive thru I called couple of times she came back and I asked for refund then she said " fresh chips are almost cooked" i told her again I wanted my refund and she walked away calling for someone name "sunjay" and they both came to the registers without making eye contact with me he gave her change to give to me.
