Mosman's best coffee and pastries. That's for sure to be honest. But as someone who is a regular here and gets coffee and pastries every two days, I experienced a moment that made me very sad and surprised on Saturday morning, November 4th. I don't know if the lady at the counter is the owner of this coffeshop. From her attitude, I infer that she is the owner. I cannot imagine that an employee could be so arrogant. Unlike usual, I bought a sandwich. When I saw little white things inside, I went back in and asked what they were. This lady, to whom I said "How are you?" with a smile every time I saw her, nervously called me "egg darling". “It looked weird, thats why I wanted to ask,” I said. Her answer was "its not weird, you are weird"😳😳 I was shocked for a moment and couldn't understand it. “Who is weird?” I asked. “I am weird, you are weird, egg is not weird,” she said. Then I said, “I was just asking a question,” she asked, “Do you want me to change it?” I repeated that I didn't want to change it, I just asked because it was in the sauce and I didn't understand because it was cut into tiny pieces, and I left. I hope she reads this. Everyone struggles with something in their life. It is very wrong to break people's hearts like this, especially your customers, and to behave that arrogantly. I recommend psychological...

Who does not love butter, right? I often have bread on my butter. Anyone tried cooking Chinese fried rice with a big dollop of butter at the end? Try it, your life will never be the same!

My daughter claims I.Love Butter to have one of the best Almond Croissants in the whole of Sydney. They sell out so quickly that people pre-order days in advance for weekend pick ups.

So it was like winning lottery when we found several almond croissants still sitting on the shelf when we walked by the store mid-morning on a Saturday. We bought two, a ham & cheese croissant, plus a ‘chicken rendang’ pie, which I thought would be interesting to try.

Needless to say, the buttery croissants were awesome. The pie contained mild chicken curry - not rendang. Believe me…I know my rendangs. I should have stuck to the tried and true,…trade in the pie for the croissant next time.

Store opens everyday at 6am…that is dedication for you, and is worthy of everyone’s support. I.Love Butter, and...

I’m unsure what the underlying issue is with the owner, but there’s a noticeable lack of professionalism in her approach. The attitude she presents is quite off-putting, displaying a level of arrogance that’s hard to ignore. She claims to prioritize accountability, yet dismisses customer feedback as irrelevant or malicious when it doesn’t align with her perspective. This is typical NPD (narcissistic personality disorder) . I would highly recommend a focus on improving customer service, as some individuals simply don’t seem suited for interacting with others in a professional setting. There are multiple other reviews that echo similar sentiments, with words like ‘rude,’ ‘arrogant,’ ‘outrageous,’ and ‘insincere’ being commonly mentioned." All this said, the coffee and pastries are good, albeit some too small...

Great coffee… But nearly lost a tooth when biting into a cookie. When a friend bought me a coffee and cookie. Rock and tree sap in the cookie. They must of dropped the dough on the floor and then baked it Very responsive in messages. And said “we will try to refund your friend if we recognise her” Not good enough. 1. Ask me for my friends details 2. Offer to send a voucher. 3. Offer the person that nearly lost a tooth a coffee at least This issue came up twice and ilovebutter messed up their response twice…
