I have visited Mina's Bakery three times, and unfortunately, the last two visits have been extremely disappointing. The lack of service was evident, and I was further upset when I observed pizza plates being wiped with a floor mop. When I inquired about this, I was dismissed and told that it was a common practice. This is absolutely false, as I have personal experience working in a pizzeria and can confirm that this is never the case. It seems that when the owners are not present, the staff take advantage of the situation by providing subpar food and service. Despite their posted closing time of 9:00 PM, I’ve encountered a series of excuses about maintenance and inspections preventing them from serving customers. Had to come back and change my 5 star review I made like 5 years ago.

Price has increased quite a lot, even when accounting for inflation. But most agonising is the fact the the PERI PERI CHICKEN PIZZA IS SO DIFFERENT AND BAD NOW! The chicken is completely different, crumbly and weird and not like the real bits of breast they used to use. NO cheese at all! And a foul, sweet spicy sauce, instead of the yummy creamy spicy mayo they used to use. They made a cheap, poor substitution to every ingredient. And that's the only dish I ever got from here anyways.
