Westmead Kebab House — Restaurant in Sydney

The lady on the counter was extremely rude. I never saw her before. She seemed pretty new as she had to check the prices before charging. I purchased chicken kebab roll today worth 8 dollars. I forgot to pay and was walking out when the lady reminded me to pay. I apologised and offered my card. The lady pointed at the sign saying minimum amount for card is 10 dollars which I wasn't aware and I had no cash on me. She said she will charge extra 2 dollars because it is a rule. Which I denied. She started arguing that it's a rule. Another guy stepped in with the same statement I denied again. Third guy stepped in gently asked me to withdraw money from ATM near by. I said how about her the lady suggesting the same in the first place. The lady responds me saying she is a busy woman and don't have time to escort me or teach me to use an ATM. I paid cash after withdrawing money in return I didn't hear thank you from the lady, which pissed me off further and I had to use a foul language. Extremely rude behaviour, I go there all the time as I live near by. No more! No...

The worst experience i had ever in this restaurant. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy any food there. The person (don’t know their name) who takes order, omg, such an arrogant person. When i was ordering a pizza for my daughter, first thing, they didn’t have enough options for kids so when I asked if the tandoori pizza would be hot and spicy for a child, then his reaction was unbelievable. He replied with his arrogant facial expression that the tandoori pizza is spicy as it is tandoori and then he threw his phone on the table. Such a disrespectful attitude. Shame on these people who doesn’t have manners how to take orders. Never would go at this...

They make decent kebabs which are similar to the average kebab shop you would find in Sydney.

The pizza I had was terrible. I ordered a supreme but ended up with something else with 3 types of meat, a tomato base and cheese. Apparently they use strips of beef but all the meats on the pizza were pinkish in colour so not sure about that. Maybe they gave me someone else's pizza but I am not even annoyed about that. What ever they gave me did not taste very good. The meats had a bad texture, feel and bad taste and the pizza tasted mostly like cheese.
