Oporto Westmead — Restaurant in Sydney

2 Days in a row, I have received my order with multiple missing items. On the first occasion, Doordash was able to provide me a credit but on the second one, as it did not sound right to Doordash, I haven't received any refund or/and credit even though I have contacted the store myself and spoke to a female staff member who admitted failing to send/pack the items. Same lady advised me to order just a sauce for 50cents which she would use as a new order and send me a complimentary item instead of the sauce plus my missing items and on top, more additional items to cover the delivery fees. Is this a Joke or your real company policy?! Delivery time 40 minutes is huge and having 6 kids on the table, 3 having their meals, do you really believe that the remaining 3 will wait in peace? You have no idea about the frustration level. This is not only frustrating or upsetting but also humiliating. Because of one of your restaurants, Doordash thinks I was expecting for a compensation on purpose! If your company policy advises staff members to give away items for free, go and donate them to a charity but I want the food I have paid and expected to have. $20-$30 bucks might not be too much for you but during these pandemic, local businesses are struggling and big brands like you committing suicide failing to deliver the service/food you are getting paid for. I will use every platform of the social media and warn people about the particular restaurant and maybe about Oporto completely if you do not step in and find a solution for this issue. On every occasion, I have paid way more than $100 for each order but haven't received the items I have paid for and the frustration on top was the bonus!!!!

Oh I forgot to add: Both phone numbers published for OPORTO WESTMEAD are useless; no-one answers the calls, just the auto message!!! 9633 3277 and 7923 5753 wanna try, go for it! I reckon time to move back to NANDOS, KFC and even Red Rooster as OPORTO...

I recently dined at Oporto in Westmead, and overall, it was a great experience. The standout feature of my visit was undoubtedly the excellent service provided by the staff. They were incredibly friendly, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in.

However, there was a small hiccup during my meal. My chicken tenders ended up a bit overcooked, presumably because the staff was engrossed in conversation due to the busy atmosphere. To their credit, they immediately noticed the issue and offered to replace them not just once but twice, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction.

While I appreciate their willingness to correct the mistake, I would suggest that next time, they simply make a fresh batch without mentioning the burn. I personally prefer my tenders crispy, so this minor setback didn’t dampen my overall enjoyment of the meal.

Despite this minor incident, I left Oporto feeling very satisfied with my meal and the exceptional service. I will definitely be returning soon for another delightful...
