Leaf Cafe & Co Westmead — Restaurant in Sydney

The staff in this cafe is really rude. Walked in, no greetings at all. The blonde curly hair lady in the counter is really rude. The way she talks is really condescending as if im stupid. Asked how the dish will looks like, she looked down at me and was just like its just eggs. But then cant even actually provide an actual explanation of what its about. Ordered a coffee and specifically asked for takeaway, but apparently not hearing anything i said. The drinks came in have here cup, and when i said i asked for it to takeaway, she rolled her eyes and give me eyes while talking to other staffs.

Rhodes one really nice, but westmead need to probably train their staff basic customer service. for price im paying, not worth...

The atmosphere of the cafe is nice enough. However, the attitude of the staff is dismal. The owner/ manager is incredibly rude. He didn't listen to us when taking our order. We ordered takeaway coffees, but told the barista to make us dine-in coffees. When the barista looked around for us, the owner gave us a dirty look. I don't understand the need for this, as we had told him twice that we wanted takeaway coffees. We also had to wait extra long for some reason, as they made the coffees for people who had ordered after us before making our order. I'm really disappointed as this cafe is so convenient for us, but because of the off-putting attitude from the owner, we will not...

I come here all the time and have nothing but good things to say about the staff’s service and food and beverage quality! They make my favourite dirty chai (and I’ve tried them all over Sydney); their breakfast selection is excellent as well. Definitely on the pricier side, but worth it, and there are yummy cheaper options too. My favourite dish is their breakfast gnocchi. The Reese’s peanut butter lattes that they have been serving lately as a special item are one of the best weird things I’ve tried in a long time, I keep coming back for more.
