Expensive awful food We visited on a Monday night around 6pm. We were the only ones at the time. Service was prompt however the food was beyond flavourless. We ordered onion bhaji', a fish curry, Shahi paneer curry, rice and a garlic naan. All of which was BLAND. The underground cellar needs a good clean, it is filthy down there when you look down. The outdoor area looks bleak and tacky. The food tasted like it had been sat in a Tupperware and reheated then served. The fish Masala curry was disgusting, it was made with battered fish pieces instead of fillets. It's like they ran out of fish and used frozen fish nuggets that was coated in in batter. No where in the menu description did it say battered fish in a curry sauce, luckily we aren't gluten free. The Shahi paneer had an unpleasant rubbery texture. The paneer was was crumbed which was odd it was not in pieces. Generous amount but it was bland. I ordered this mild. The onion bhaji were over cooked, extremely dry. The dips we got with out pappadums were interesting. The naan bread and rice was as expected - good. The staff really should leave the front row of car spots for customers instead of staff. We were the only customers there and the first carpark was full.

My recent experience with Jaggi’s Indian Eatery was nothing short of a nightmare. After eagerly anticipating my order of samosas, I was left utterly disappointed and disgusted. Firstly, the delivery time was appalling. Despite being promised a timely delivery, it took an excruciatingly long 1 hour and 35 minutes for my order to arrive. This delay was made worse by the fact that I had to call them several times to inquire about the status of my order, only to be met with vague responses and empty apologies. To add insult to injury, when my order finally did arrive, it was incomplete. Instead of receiving the samosas I had eagerly awaited, I was greeted with a measly portion of chutney. Not only was this a blatant oversight on their part, but it also highlighted their sheer incompetence and lack of attention to detail. Overall, my experience with Jaggi’s Indian Eatery was nothing short of a disaster. From the abysmal delivery time to the incomplete order, I was thoroughly disappointed with the level of service provided. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from them again, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of this establishment.

We visited this restaurant despite the busy atmosphere, hoping for a decent meal. However, the food was barely subpar. The lababdar paneer was rubbery, and the gravy was watery and bland. The dal makhani was decent, but we’ve had much better ones at other restaurants. The tawa rotis were nice, but the plain yogurt tasted expired. The papdi chaat was pleasant, but the green chutney had so much artificial colouring that it was obvious no fresh mint was used. We requested papad twice and were only served it after we had almost finished the meal. The lacha onions were overcooked in vinegar and almost inedible. The tumali roti was too much maida, feeling like we were eating chewing gum. The laccha onions were also overcooked and tasted like they were in vinegar. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience. The restaurant was unhygienic, claustrophobic and not enjoyable for eating.

I am writing on behalf of one of my daughters as she is still sick from eating food from this restaurant. Here's her story ... last Saturday night, 15th May 2021 at around 8pm, she ordered online for food to be delivered to her. She ordered three dishes, cottage cheese curry, cheese naan and jeera rice. The jerra rice never arrived so she called the store and the worker said she would look into it (her order) and get back to her by phone. This never happened. Worse than her not getting the jeera rice she ordered and paid for, was that we believe she got food poison from either the cottage cheese curry or the cheese naan or maybe even both. Two hours after eating this food she got stomach cramps and nausea came on. She was able to sleep and woke up early in the morning to constant vomiting, some diarrhea and a massive headache. She continued to vomit all day and night vile. Maxolon helped only a little. She has been bed ridden ever since but is starting to slowly improve. Please BEWARE and i don't say this in some malicious way. I am making her experience known so that new customers can decide whether they wish to risk it or not and order food from this restaurant. I will be calling the restaurant soon about this issue and if they don't take it seriously, then i will have no other option but to advice the department of health. I would not even give them a one star but unfortunately there is no option to...
