Jbeil Cuisine in Wetherill Park is an absolute gem for anyone who enjoys authentic and flavourful Lebanese food. From the moment we walked in, the service was warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere felt comfortable and inviting — perfect for both a casual lunch or a relaxed dinner with family and friends.
The food was very good — fresh, full of flavour, and clearly made with care. The meats were tender and juicy, the dips were smooth and well-seasoned, and the freshly baked bread tied everything together beautifully. The menu offers a great variety of traditional Lebanese dishes, and everything we tried tasted homemade and authentic. Portions were generous, and you can tell they don’t cut corners when it comes to quality.
What makes Jbeil Cuisine even better is that the pricing is fair and offers great value for the quality of food you get. It’s rare to find a place where everything hits the mark — taste, service, presentation, and atmosphere — but Jbeil delivers on all fronts.
Whether you're already a fan of Lebanese cuisine or trying it for the first time, this place won’t disappoint. Highly recommend and definitely planning to...
Read moreHighly disappointed and confused about the 5-star reviews. First of all, it was so hot inside the restaurant that it was better to sit outside on a hot summer’s day. The service was also subpar. We had to flag down a server 3x just to be able to make an order. They also took away my daughter’s high chair even though we said we said we needed it.
Hubby ordered the Mansaf chicken and it was very bland. Presentation was also meh. For almost $30 we expected a bit more. Ordered the kafta and told the server that it was mine yet he completely ignored me and just put it at the edge of the table. The lemon and mint was also not very cold. It was the only thing that I was looking forward to as it was very hot today
My sister-in-law came a few minutes after us and asked if they were closing and was told “Sorry. We aren’t. Sorry.” So are you closing or not?? She got turned off and decided not to eat...
Read moreI visited Jbail on Saturday and was extremely disappointed. The host was dry and not very accommodating. We asked for a platter with 3 meat 3 kafta and we didn't want the shish tawouk and we were told that the menu could not be changed. The kafta was thin on the skewer and came out dry and burnt. The meat was big pieces dry and not cooked enough. Mezza was average and didn't taste like it was home made rather from tubs. My husband cannot have Spanish onions because he has has an allergy to it and we asked if it was in the tabbouli and he said he didn't know. Sure enough it did have. There were no toilets on the premises we had to walk into the Centre and in saying that we had one person with us that was a diabetic. I am Lebanese and I know what Lebanese food tastes like. I will definitely not go there nor recommend this...
