Was reluctant to write the experience we had here. But it has been many unpleasant ones here, I'm local but rarely go to this store but never reviews it. But this was worst than before. So.....
over 30mins wait for 1 Zinger box over cooked wicked wings chips under done barely salted no utensil/napkins
Over 30mins wait for a Zinger box...2 people in front of us ordering, store 1 sitting table. First out of chips and than wings. People in front of us ordered ate and left whilst we waited for ours. Alot came after us people ordered and left. This kfc wasn't busy so we thought inside to sit, shouldn't be long right? But it must have been drive through large orders at the same time as my 1 meal box. But they couldn't spare a few chips or wings for a small order? The longer we waited the more things run out. Alot of people around us was eating and leaving. Was very confusing. Our order wasn't important? How they get theirs so fast and left or sitting down to eat so quickly? Or just our order that's not being looked after?
Wouldn't go to this store again after several unpleasant experience. Inside Stockland is another one in the foodcourt. We love kfc, great quick meal in any country or towns in Australia but have and will avoid this store in the future. The batter was dark over fried, super tough, thick and way more salty than normal. By the time I get to eat the burger was soaky, over 30mins waited for other items in the box. Lol chips was under done! The items long waited for was not worth it the wait at all.
In Thailand years ago during trip in Bangkok, kfc had a button timer system after you ordered your meal you Press it, is very sufficient. They want to assured customers satisfaction with service, maybe it should be adapted here. Or like Ikea foodcourt you get faces to push expressing happy or not happy with their experience!
Hey you may have better experience here but mine wasn't. As we waited a male customer walked out with 2 workers taking his boxes to the car for him! So he had a great experience, we didn't. I don't know just wondering what went wrong with this simple 1 box meal food experience KFC?
I only write extensively if I felt something is not right, this is why I started to do these reviews. To call out biased and unfair treatment from places we visited and also to support places that are great so others can visit them too. I understand they were busy, I've worked in fastfood places before, but when you're busy you just turn to the customers and say "Sorry guys, we're really busy/understaffed" or something similar. Didn't happen. Not a single time. I do not blame the kid at the front counter, I can sympathize when you're a bit overwhelmed or maybe it was his first week or something, but what I don't understand is how the manager and 2 other staff members allowed this kid to try and manage the front by himself and no one said anything? They walked up, said something to him and walked off again. Didn't even TRY to help with the orders
It wasn't until about 20 minutes later someone came up to me (I had not moved from the counter with my card in my hand) to say "Have we prepared your order? What are you waiting on?"
Really pathetic stuff. More communication, more teamwork. If it takes 20 minutes for you to ask people at the counter what they're doing there you're definitely doing...
Read moreI am absolutely appalled by the treatment I received at KFC Weatherill Park, and especially by a staff member named Bianca. My experience was nothing short of humiliating. I visited with my three kids, and unfortunately, the staff forgot to include several items, including the sauces I had paid for. When I politely approached the counter to address the missing items, Bianca intervened in a completely unprofessional and rude manner, telling me not to speak to the staff and to speak to her instead as he’s a new staff.
I was confused and tried to explain that the staff member was already assisting me, but Bianca continued to be aggressive and demanded that my family and I leave the store if we were unhappy. She kicked us out in front of other customers, making us feel utterly embarrassed and disrespected.
What made this situation even worse was the strange and unsettling look Bianca gave me when I asked about Halal food. Her behavior from the start felt off, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that there was some kind of bias or racism involved.
