Dined in for dinner today with the whole family. The staff were very friendly however after a 40minute wait give and take(which is fine as they were busy/no issues so far) but my uncles salmon came undercooked. I don't mind slightly undercooked, it was literally orange from the inside middle /only the outer layer was crisp. Staff dealt with the matter professionally and apologised however by the time my uncle waited for his new salmon to arrive, the whole family has finished their dinner and washed their hands which was very disappointing. When I got up to pay the manager was happy to give me the salmon meal complimentary and I paid for the rest of the bill $150+ As I was talking to the manager and paying, boom I see one of their chefs in the kitchen chilling /resting on the kitchen bench with the tongs around his lips and mouth. I was shocked and disgusted to be honest. Again the manager gave her sincere apology and told me she will deal with the matter. I then went to use the bathrooms and it was very unhygienic. Tissues all over the floor and toilet seats and vanities was disgusting... (didn't bother saying anything I just washed up and walked out. Now I appreciate that the management was friendly and gave their sincere apology but after I walked out I started thinking to myself (yeh okay I got the salmon complimentary) but I still payed $150 for such a horrible experience. I really regret paying the bill to be honest. My uncle could of get really sick from that meal and to see the chef chilling with tongs in his mouth when I was paying just put the cherry on top for me... I feel like we should of been offered a free bill for that night...someome else would of take photos of the raw fish and the chef with utensils in his mouth and make a big deal out of it but I was very considerate... I feel like I. Deserved a bigger discount and want to take this...
Read moreWent for dinner 07/08/18 and it was the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. The waitresses were the worst and have no sense of customer service or making people feel welcomed. Everytime we'd ask about the food or the membership or anything for that fact they'd respond that "they dont know". The manager wasn't any better, and was so so rude. It makes you think why someone would work in a customer facing job if they can't keep the basics of customer service.
We wanted to make a membership as theres a deal with the gym and they didnt even know how it works! We asked 5 times plus about the membership and wanted to make one. Funny thing theres a sign that says "ask the waiters about (the membership)".
When she finally decided to give the form she. Was. So . Friken. Rude. And was questioning us if it was even the right gym. We're locals, and it wasn't our first time there.
IT DOESNT END THERE. She didnt even let us use the membership or count the points we spent which was close to $100. No explanation as to why. She just shrugged and doubted and doubted some more then finally rejected.
The quality of food wasn't worth the price. There are tons of other places that have better quality for a cheaper or the same price. My partner and I were so so so DISAPPOINTED.
Don't get me wrong, rashays service and food used to be great at one point. It used to be a favourite. But i feel like their standard has dropped sooo much and theres so many unexperienced rude new faces.
Wetherill Park rashays has rude waiters and terrible food. I don't see why ANYONE would want to come to a restaurant like this. I know for a fact that neither of us will go to a rashays restaurant for life and future...

I went to Rashays Wetherill Park for dinner with my toddler today, as we often do 2-3 times a week. We chose to sit near the toilets for convenience since my toddler is currently being toilet trained.
While we were having dinner, my toddler asked to use the toilet. When we returned, my drink was missing. Someone had started cleaning our table, despite the fact that my phone, keys, jackets, and pram were all there. I asked a waiter about my drink, and he said he didn’t know anything about it. In most places, I would have been offered a replacement drink out of courtesy.
When I pressed further, asking why my paid-for drink had been taken, he went to the counter where they place dirty glasses, grabbed somebody else’s leftover Coke, and handed it to me, claiming it was my drink. This was utterly disgusting and unacceptable. Having worked as a restaurant health inspector overseas and have the certificate here in Australia, I have seen my fair share of unhygienic practices, but this was a new low.
The story doesn’t end there. My toddler needed the bathroom again, and upon our return, her juice was also missing. It’s baffling and infuriating that this happened twice in a row, within five minutes. This experience was unpleasant on so...
