READ TO THE END: Pricing is a bit misleading if you have a look at there price list on the web site and then you go there much more expensive so obviously they haven’t updated there prices which they should but I found very strange is when you order stake with mush potato’s and vegetables you pay full price what they advertised $45 then they charge you extra $5 per serving for vegetables which I find very unfair so there steak is $45 dollars with salad and chips and if you order vegetables and chips it’s $5 more I have gone there many times but I always use to just pay the bill and never look at it or taken a copy this day I went and I don’t know why but decided to take it and when I got home I just had a Quick Look at it and saw all these extra charges of $5 which I was surprised if that’s how they do things they have lost me as a customer for now. And the question before we ordered was can you get it with mash and vegetables they said yes we have a chose mash or chips with salad or vegetables nothing about cost of $5 I really don’t care about that $5 It’s just the principle to say if you want vegetables it cost $5 more then I can make that decision not just lump me with something you just told me it will cost the same but to some may not mean nothing to some it will boil there blood 🩸...

We always drove past this place and never thought to come in because it looked like another try hard restaurant. Went in one day just to have some drinks and I ordered the Iced Coffee. Great coffee and taste and this was the first tick for me. We decided to come back and try their dinner menu. I ordered the Chicken El Savannas which was grilled chicken served with Mash and Salad, but I changed my order to Chips and Veggies. I was very impressed with not only the taste, but the quality of the food here and we have now come back around 6 times and we have to say, consistency is part of their quality which I am an advocate for. That is the whole reason I return to a restaurant, because I know what I am going to get and the quality I am going to get. Their steaks are melt in the mouth and cooked exactly the way I like it. The only thing is, you should have the option of being able to choose Mash and Veggies or Chips and Veggies and not have to be charged extra, but only a minor inconvenience, everything else I cannot fault. ...

I was looking forward to having dinner here with my family, we had planned to go with the set menu as well as the children. The service was SOOOO slow even asking for a drink took about 20 mins but the restaurant wasn't as busy. The waiters might as well take a nap before bringing out the next course, could have supplied the kids plastic plates and cutlery after all they have a whole menu set up for the children and considering there were quite a few kids they didn't offer anything to keep them entertained while waiting for an hour for one meal, we had to ask if they had pencils and paper which they did but just never offered. The food was good, the main came out so late that we were full and could not finish the meal. Steak was on the menu and they couldn't cook the steak to our liking, after asking they acted like they were doing us a favor and decided they could cook 3 steak meals to our liking. Would not go back, spent close to $600 on dinner and I can't say it was worth it. Try another...
