Jimmy's Gourmet Pizza — Restaurant in Sydney

Didn't end up ordering from this place due to the sarcastic and rude counter staff and kitchen staff. Who wanted to rush my order, rather than wait 5 minutes for me to confirm my take away order. Noting that there were no other customers in the store at this time.

Really disappointing customer service experience, as it was the first time at the restaurant and I was not familiar with the menu. Staff kept asking if I was ready to make my order whilst dishing out sarcastically that there were too many items to on the menu to choose from. This was repeated 2-3 times. Before kitchen staff decided to jump on the sarcasm train.

Ended up going across the road to Dominos. Where staff actually wanted to serve their customers and offered me a menu and didn't rush my order. Thank...

Update. I reviewed this place 9 years ago and have been a semi regular customer since. As of tonight this is the only place I'm going for pizza. I just had the Jimmy Special it was actually by far the BEST pizza I have ever experienced. Credit to the chef it was mad with love and attention. Wow I can't say enough. I really hope everyone gets to experience a pizza this good one day.

Over priced rubbish Ordered xl supreme and bbq chicken Worst pizza i have ever had Cost $50 and we couldnt eat it, Supreme had weird herbs. Overcooked Hardley any topping Crust was horrible and doughy. Cheese tasted like cheese single cheese Only went here cause our pizza place was closed for the holiday period. We normally go to riverstone carlos cafe for 2 xl, garlic bread and 2l coke for $35, Toppings at carlos are packed on. Eat 3 slices and you are full.

I will never order from jimmys again. Rather go to pizza hut or dominoes which i cant...
