Couldent belive the disappointment! How could you possibly make fried chicken taste that terriable when using fresh produce from Joes Pultry. Pre cooked fried chicken sitting under a heat lamp... Was looking forward to trying this new local fired chicken joint however was extremely disappointed, fried chicken was inedible, Chewy, dry, fried chicken with a mix of awful spices. Joe Jrn sure has a long way to go if they want to consider themselves “American fried chicken”, “the best fried chicken”. Only having three cuts of fried chicken... sorry what. Joe Jrn extremely disappointed witth this level of food.

And the staff young inexpericed kids working along side a headchef to busy looking at him self in the mirror walking around in circles instead of showing the other staff how to cut a chicken.

Don’t like to be harsh and wish I could support this local business however was beyond disappointed and a real shame for people who know and want good food. The owner and chef should visit Thirsty Bird and see whay real fried...

Joe Jnr is a brand new hot food store in South Village specialising in a good variety of chicken main menu items. Take away or dine-in with tables & chairs positioned both indoors and outside. They have tasty, finger-licking southern-style fried chicken, Portuguese and Mediterranean styles as well. They do five different hefty burgers that are $12.00 each and you turn them into meal for $3.00 optional extra and you get chips & a can of drink. A good selection of rolls, wraps & salads. A variety of sizes of family packs for when there are a few hungry mouths to feed. Their store fit-out while modern & clean is disappointingly bland with no creative imagination or flare used at all. Will never go back. The 3x male staff had the personalities of a doormat and the customer service was non existent. They all have terrible mullets which should be tied back for food safety. There seemed to be one person working while the other 2 were standing around. They were out of half the menu items with no apology. They didn’t have any gravy and my partner ordered a combo that was supposed to come with gravy. When he asked for some the guy shrugged and said they were out.
