Horrible service. Ordered 2 boxed meals and they said there was a 10 minute wait on chicken. We waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes. Went inside and they had 4 people ask me what my order was and said they were re-making it. They upgraded the chips and gave extra potato and gravy which was nice but the condition of the meal was disappointing. Burger was messy and not wrapped properly, chips were dry and had absolutely no salt and the hot and crispy strip's where shredded like someone had stabbed all 5 of them.
The staff seemed like they were having a blast inside. Music was playing and they were all yelling for eachother. Completely unprofessional.
Honestly very disappointed. Don't mind waiting but the food also needs to come out appropriately and be presentable.
EDIT: 11 Feb 2025 - Just wanted to say Thank you to KFC Emerton (Owner) for understanding and addressing my complaint above although I was not able to follow the instructions below.
I visited the store again after about 1 month of the negative experience and I must say that I was very happy with the service. The Customer Service was polite and friendly, the store inside was clean and everyone was professional. The service was fast and food quality was great also.

KFC Emerton is your standard KFC outlet, with peaks and falls in activity which will either hasten or delay your order. And like every outlet, mistakes do happen, which makes good customer service integral for a satisfied customer.
Tonight, together with my dad, I ordered 20 Wicked Wings and 2 Large Chips and was told that the order would be ready in 5 minutes and that I'd have to wait in the parking lot.
Unfortunately, 5 minutes turned into 10, which turned into 30, prompting my dad to call the store and express his annoyance about the delay.
About 5 minutes passed from the time the call was answered and an attendant came to us with our food (and extras) and explained the cause of the mishaps.
Apparently it was a computer error and the order didn't appear on their screen.
Now, naturally my dad was quite upset about how long it did take, however, the polite response by the worker (not sure of her name) and added extras, which they included in the meal did placate the situation.
In conclusion, this review could've easily been reduced to a 2 or 3 star, however, the candid and polite response by the worker (again unsure of the girls name, just that she was working drive through at 8:30 pm) meant that it would be a disservice to review it anything...

Despite selecting "dine in", when I got my meal I wasn't given any napkins or a spoon to eat my potato and gravy - why not just have these things put with the straws so customers can help themselves?
Anyway I had to wait a few minutes before finally the server gave me a spoon. I took my meal to the table and found that my 'potato and gravy' was just gravy, so back up to the counter I go. When I explained I ordered potato and gravy the server didn't apologise or acknowledge my complaint, just looked straight at the monitor to check my order as if she didn't believe me. I don't think she intended to be rude but basic courtesy training would not go astray.
