I placed a order last Thursday 8th June 2017. My order was a thin based pizza with side order of chicken wings and a 6 ok of double chocolate cookies. At 6:23pm I received a email to inform me the order had left the store, the order didn't arrive until 6:54 pm. At no time was I contacted to be informed that my order would be late. The driver was unapologetic and didn't appear to care. The box with the pizza was pushed in resulting in the topping adhering to the top, the pizza was cold. The chicken wing box was squashed and the chicken was cold. The cookie box surprisingly was undamaged, however the cookies were burnt to the point of inedible. The meal was thrown in the bin. My online review was subsequently negative and I selected the option to have a person contact me due to my complaint. A week later and no call so I went to the store to make another complaint only to have the duty manager quibble about time. He made a call and talked about me to the owner in some language and only switched to English when I suggested that since he was relaying my complaint to the owner, common courtesy would dictate he did so in a language I could understand. The duty manager couldn't explain why no one had bothered to follow up on my bad review and didn't appear to care that cold, damaged and burnt products had left the store. His token apology was a token non apology. Apparently I should be happy with a ten percent discount on the next order??? He actually had the audacity to presume I was there to place another order without bothering to address the complaints that I had. My perception was that I was just a stupid skip and consequently I would be happy with a non solution and happily make another order with a inferior Pizza Hut store. Additionally I didn't appreciate getting told to shut up so he could take an order from people who walked into the store whilst I was attempting to deal with him with my complaint. Read moreIve never had a problem at all until last night (11.01.18) when i ordered pizza at 10.38pm i waited over 40 minutes and still didnt receive it. I checked my phone and had 2 missed calls, i rang the number few times no one answered, also rang the store number no one answered. I sent a text to that number that rang me saying i will make a complaint they answered the phone after that. The guy who i was talking with said the delivery guy knocked on your door several times (no one did i was standing there at the time i was given online.) I told the guy no one did im standing here that guy must be lying. The delivery guy told 2 different excuses. (Lies) He knocked several time on my door (no one did) - my door was opened. That gate was locked couldnt get in (my gate is broken, you can push it) I told the guy look no one come here i can take a photo of my gate (i sent a picture)

I complained politely to the driver who could not understand me properly so he dialled his manager and passed me his phone unfortunate for me his manager was the same ( if only I had taken up Indian at school instead of French). So if you want pizza that's cold been tampered with overpriced, and only offering 2 or 3 ingrediants on a 15 ingredient pizza and you absolutely want no customer service then order from this place.
