Prior to the disgusting customer service on 28/6, these guys had a 4 star review from me. NOW THEY GET A -5★ RATING ... IF GOOGLE WENT THAT LOW AND ALLOWED CUSTOMERS TO RATE THEIR REAL BEHAVIOUR. Being allergic to MSG, I always ask for plain salt and today was no different. After I arrive home I open the chips, eat one and to my horror there's chicken salt all over them. Oh well, back in the car and drive back to return them and get a new meal. Upon complaining, I was told I didn't ask for plain salt. (I know I did. Have been asking for plain salt in take-aways since 1985 but he failed to write it down). With that retort, I asked for my money back and for a new kebab as well, since this one will be cold by the time I return home, again. He refunded my money, didn't bother putting new chips in, and said no to the kebab. He returned to making a pizza and then continued to carry on insinuating that I was lying. That was like a red rag to a bull. I told them their customer service sucked, swore at him and walked out. How dare he tell me I was lying on several occasions. I know what I said and the number one customer service lesson is DO NOT ARGUE WITH THE CUSTOMER. Ask yourself this - Would I have wasted my time and petrol driving back in the pouring rain if I didn't ask for plain salt! Is it too much to expect to receive what you actually order? All they have managed to do is alienate another customer. Have you guys even read your reviews lately? They're atrocious! 32% of them are just 1★. Obviously no one in there is interested in keeping your customers, so say goodbye to another one that's been frequenting you for 18 years. Read moreFood is always gonna be hit and miss regardless of who cooks and for a variety of different reasons (ie, not really in the mood for a dish, hot or cold day, previous meal altering this meals flavours etc), I’m just glad I don’t have to cook & even if I’m paying I’m damn grateful to who ever cooked. Being kind isn’t hard & it’s only 1st world to be so rude over food.
This business has been operating since before 1997. It’s over 21 years old, in an industry that doesn’t allow businesses a free ride.
I see multiple complaints from the same people here. You should keep that in mind-Why return when there’s other local stores that sell the same thing & you tell the public not to buy from there, why complain when you do go back? It paints a picture of type of person complaining, that’s for sure.
I love this shop and enjoy the characters that deliver to us. Prices are good, they’re open late, I can pay by card, they’re kind and friendly if you are. That’s fair. No one owes a douche bag anything. I’ve worked in fast food and I bloody hate...

First was chicken with onion garlic barbecue sauce got beef with lettuce and onion and barbecue garlic sauce second was beef with the lot, taboulli and cheese, holy trinity sauce of garlic Chilli barbecue, I got that but chicken. Anyway foodhub danced around saying they said only the label was wrong before finally saying they'd refund one of the incorrect kebabs, either way Uninstalled the app and I'm never coming here again after being 26 and eating here for as long as I remember.
