Sehaj Indian Food and sweets — Restaurant in Sydney

Probably the worst by far Indian restaurant I have ever been to. The pricing does not match the advertised prices and they charge extra for card transactions. I was charged $18 for a small curry chicken and rice where 4/5 of the bowel was rice, 2 small pieces of chicken and the rest was sauce. I was asked if I would like some naan bread to which I replied sure that would be nice but when I questioned where the bread was when I was handed my order I was told I was never charged for it and I would have to pay extra to which I declined after already paying a hefty amount. I asked what about a takeaway fork I was told no that is extra. Never again will I ever eat at that restaurant. The rice was stale and dry like it had been cooked that morning and left under heat lamps all day, the same could be the case for the other dishes that look like they have had hardly any customers and are still close to full. I ordered on uber eats with a maximum expected delivery of 1 hour. After 1 hour and 15 minutes and 1 dasher attending the restaurant and leaving, I asked the restaurant what was happening with our order. The lady I spoke with was extremely rude and unhelpful. She hung up the phone and pretended she couldn’t hear me when I called back. She explained it was a further 30-60 minute wait as they were busy. I requested a refund as it was now expected 2 hours after I ordered. Lady I spoke with called her boss when she hung up the phone again. 10 minutes later I was able to go through to the restaurant where she explained my food was being prepared and therefore, couldn’t cancel/refund my order. Disappointed with the service, I contacted uber where they were able to cancel order and offer a full refund. The customer service was extremely poor. We will never order from this...

Ordered 2 dishes via uber. Sends only 1 dish and part dish on 2nd. When called the response was sorry. This is the 3rd time. This time I demanded for a refund. I got $1.97 back from Uber when that dish costed me $15.90. Pathetic service. They wouldn't refund directly since we went through Uber. I wonder how Uber calculated 1.97 refund for a 15.90 dish. Both seems to be playing up.
