I work for Advanced Early Learning Childcare Centre and I ordered 4 platters yesterday for our Easter Hat Parade. I selected pick up time to be for 9:30am and when I arrived to pick up the order they were still making them and said they were not ready. I tried to ask why they aren’t ready when we selected our pick up time they said it’s a big order and they were busy. This was an inconvenience to us as we had families and children waiting for their food however we understand as a business things can happen and do not always run smoothly so we brushed it off, told them to have a lovely day and were on our way. Last night I ordered another 6 platters as we have our other Service’s Hat Parade today. I selected one pick up time for 9:30am and the other for 10:00am. I gave them a little bit of extra time to prepare them and showed up at 10:35. When I arrived they immediately showed a bad attitude and said “we are still making them hold on” I was very polite in asking why as I ordered them for 9:30am and 10:00am and have even given them an extra 35 minutes to prepare. They said well this is a big order. I do understand we ordered quite a few platters however this is their job, this is what they get paid to do and I scheduled it for that time. If this time was not able to be met it should not have the option online. I waited as both staff made the subs and wraps and when they were finished they bluntly said “here it’s done” as they slid the boxes over to me. I picked up two boxes and took them back to the car, I was about to ask nicely if they could by any chance assist me so I could get them all in the car as it was also raining at this time. Just before I could ask they rudely interrupted me by saying “just come back for the rest” I then took two boxes at a time and took them to my car. When I got the last boxes one lady rudely said to me “is this going to be an everyday thing?” I am so disgusted in the customer service provided by Subway Sherwood Rd. I will not be ordering for our childcare services from this location again and have already passed on this recommendation to all 625 of our families at our services that this subway provides poor service, rude workers and incredibly disrespectful. This is completely unprofessional and is a very poor way to run a business. These two women should not be working in a place where they have to interact with others and get things done correctly and on time.

Read moreI'm a regular customer at this Subway and have always been impressed by the service, especially from a staff member named Tannu. Since I usually visit in the evenings, I often find her there. She’s incredibly polite, efficient, and always ensures customers are well taken care of.
However, I've noticed some troubling issues recently. It seems the management isn’t treating the staff well. I've seen a short, dark-toned lady shouting on the staff, not realizing that customers can see and hear everything. That's not fair staff managing the entire store alone at night, which is unsafe given the kind of crowd that sometimes comes in.
Just last night, after finishing work, I stopped by and found Tannu handling everything by herself. There were six customers waiting and four Uber orders she was juggling. Despite these challenges, she stayed professional, even when dealing with a rude and abusive customer over the phone. It’s unfair and unsafe to expect one person to manage all this, especially late at night.
Management needs to do better—not just to support their staff but to ensure a safe work environment. Employees deserve respect and protection, especially when they go above and beyond to provide great service in challenging...
Read moreI walked in at 9:15pm and the 1 lady serving was looking at her watch waiting for her day to be over. She took my order and after it came out of the toaster, I told her to complete the mans order before me. She said no that's fine. She made him wait to pay when his order was ready. She asked me what salads I wanted and then wrapped them up. She mixed the orders up. I drove home and then opened my order and saw that it was wrong. I drove back and when I said that she got my order wrong she said yes the other gentlemen had brought his order back. I assume she remade his. She just gave me the subway that he had returned. I don't know if he touched it or not. She lady behind the counter did not offer to make it again, just had it sitting on the bench incase I came back. She just gave it to me and said sorry.
