KFC Mt Druitt Mall — Restaurant in Sydney

Kfc Westfields Mt Druitt i went there today at 2:30pm and they want you to lineup in one line and that’s fine but when i do the first register has to take the first waiting in line and that was me so I’m waiting over 5mins because the two young girls were just having a conversation and laughing so im still waiting because was hungry then this indian guy just walked up in one of the girls registers when should of been behind me in the one lineup anyway she just calls him and servs him first after she could see me waiting over 5mins ive had enough of the bad service from the young girls il never go to kfc in Westfields again you pay peanuts you get monkeys..but i did end up going straight to noodleTime at the other side of the mall and I’m glad i did and il go there again not kfc in...

It was alright, they had basically nothing, the floor was a mess, it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, they have me the wrong sized popcorn and chips and didn’t inform people of their lack of packaging. They were handing out go buckets without the lid, which they could have easily seperated the contents into a snack popcorn and chips for convenient packaging. They forgot sauces and were completely out of wet wipes, and their freeze machine was out but didn’t tell us until I received my order. I work at a kfc. And honestly this was the worst ive ever seen one, i get it, they were busy, but they could have been a little more professional. And as i went to collect my order they were telling people “oh just 5 more minutes” no apology or anything...

This is the best KFC I have ever visited. I visited last Saturday at around 3pm and just got the chance to write a review. Just wanted to thank the girl who assisted me in making an online order. I always try to access KFC online order platform but am never able to figure it out however this girl named Hadaya who's name I asked for was able to present me with there best deals allowing me to purchase exactly what I wanted. After recieving my order I was also pleased with the freshness of the taste and the quick service with napkins and cutlery provided without request. Definetly pleased with the service thank you for making my day much better will definetly...
